Watching everything unfold while not living in the states is a strange experience. Taiwan has been very fortunate and has stayed a safe place to live and continue to work during COVID19. But every day I check on the news I see the danger my family, friends, and face. I see the consequences of incompetence pushed onto my county folk.

When I got my stimulus check a couple of months ago, I made the decision to donate most of the money to the immigrant relief program to help where I could not.

Now there is another problem that I can't help with from here. I cannot physically stand next those whose voices have been silenced.

I thought about how to help besides donating for a long time. I only have so much of the stimulus check left that I can give. Then I remembered what others did for the Australian fires, and I'd like to try something similar to help the process of fixing our broken country.

So this is my promise. If you provide proof of a donation of 10 dollars, I will draw you an icon for your social media accounts. 

I don't have many followers and I don't post a lot of art online, so I won't be surprised if this doesn't get a lot of traction. However, I will put my heart into honoring every DM I receive. I get 5 requests, I will do 5. If I get 10, I will do 10. If this somehow hits 100, the people at the end will need to wait a little longer, but I will get there.

Please DM me with proof along with a picture of what you would like. Once I see it I will ask you if you have any special requests such as size, color/expression changes, or added details.

I will then send the icon back via DMs once complete. It will be up to you if you want to post it. But I do ask that you do not remove my signature, and that you tag me if you do. I may also ask some of you for permission to share, but you have a right to refuse.

I will never fully understand what you are going through. But I make this promise that I will stand with you and support you with all of my might from here. Stay strong and stay safe.
