If he didn’t calm C-ta down, this whole thing would blow up. He didn’t want any more attention than he already had from being a target in the first place. He’d rather just let everything be forgotten within the next few days. A-ya could take a couple more days of this, as long as the whole school didn’t know his name at the end of it.

shuueniisms wanted a starter

A-ya had been unnaturally quiet as it neared the end of the Occult club. In fact, he barely said a word as he walked with C-ta towards their street. If one payed close attention throughout the Occult club, it was clear that A-ya appeared to have difficulty breathing. In fact, still he was having trouble breathing. Each breath hurt his chest, and he could barely take in enough air at a given time.

He appeared to be growing weaker, especially due to the lack of oxygen to be pumped around his body. One hand reached out to grasp C-ta’s shoulder for help, but instead his legs gave out and he collapsed. Wheezing, he moved to a sitting position and gripped his shirt as he tried to breath.

The brunet had gotten more and more worried over the other boy, noticing how he got more and more quiet as the meeting went on. Though, he hadn’t said anything, just incase it was nothing but his imagination. But, when C-ta heard a thud next to him, and turned his head to look at what had caused it, his eyes widened in horror.

“ A-ya?! “

He quickly went down on his knees, sitting next to his friend, holding him. He could hear A-ya wheezing, and he knew immediately it was thanks to the boy’s weak lungs. He yelled at the two girls, tears building up in his eyes.

“ G-Go call 119! Please, he- ”

A-ya looked at C-ta, curiosity shining in red orbs. It was further proved by the cock of his head, raven locks hanging slightly to one side. He waited for a response, patiently but often shifted from one foot to the other.

The reply caught his attention, and he perked up slightly. It was more of a confused stutter, but it was something none the less. It occurred him that perhaps this wasn’t the nicest thing to just come up with, and it might be a time he actually upset C-ta.

When was the last time he did upset C-ta? He couldn’t remember, but now his curiosity had gotten the better of him. Lowering his head, a red blush met his pale cheeks clearly showing embarrassment for the question himself.

Truth be told, he didn’t think much of sexuality. It didn’t matter much to him, nor did he care much about it. Urban legends and rumors were more of his interest.

“I-I think the sexuality.” He murmured, stuttering slightly. He mentally slapped himself for being so dumb, but knew he couldn’t turn back now. “You don’t h-have to answer, it’s f-fine if you don’t want to.”

C-ta felt worry flow through him as he saw A-ya’s changing expression, noticing how he seemed upset. Had he done something wrong? Oh god, he hoped that wasn’t the case.

He didn’t want to say that he loved A-ya. He wasn’t even sure if it was love love or if it was just him wanting to- no, NEEDING to protect A-ya. He was everything, after all. He had spent so much time with him, making sure he was safe, and learn his little quirks. Of course, it had come with a lot of trial and error, but that was fine.

It’s not like his actions would HURT anyone.

“ ... Sorry. I’ve never really thought about it that much. But, hey... How about you? It’s only fair if I ask you the same thing, isn’t it? “

C-ta smiled, getting curious. He never knew how A-ya felt towards any gender, so hearing what he had to say would be interesting. He just hoped he hadn’t stepped into his personal space by mistake. They’d known eachother for 10 years though... It wouldn’t be that big of a deal! Right?

What should he say? He didn’t want to say that he didn’t KNOW. And, if he DID say he was… Would A-ya hate him? He KNEW people could be STRONGLY against people being homosexual… Though, surely, A-ya wouldn’t be like that… RIGHT?

Time to AVOID the question. You know. Just to be safe.

E-inori smiled a bit, seeing the other actually grin was common for him, but he knew how difficult it was for the others. He shrugged, he would have figured the other would know why he was here.

Obviously he was avoiding his idiot of a brother.

Normally, Occult club meetings would lead to them laughing about badly written creepypastas only for C-ta to glare daggers into his back. Not that it was a problem for him. It’s not like the other would attack him anytime soon and even if he did, he knew how to protect himself.

That was all he could say about it, without involving much of HIMSELF into the conversation. Which was something he PREFERED. Talking about his boring life and past wouldn’t benefit ANYONE, so he often refrained from it.

Being late to meetings was the usual for E-inori. But not this time. Nope. He was actually in the music room before any of the other occult club members. This was the first time that he was early but his reasons for it were just because his twin had pissed him off. Again.

Really it happens more often than not.

So here he was, in the occult meeting room just to avoid E-ki showing up. He looked over at the door when he heard walking, grinning a bit when he noticed it was A-ya that walked in.

A-ya blinked as he saw E-inori of all people in the room, really NOT expecting it. More than often, it was the other way AROUND, if the blond boy even decided to come at all. This was quite the SURPRISE. A pleasant one, actually. One that caused his lips to curl into a grin, scarlet eyes gazing at the other in amusement.

“ I didn’t think anyone was WAITING for me. “

He chuckled, placing his ʟɪɢʜᴛ bag beside the desk he usually sat by. Mostly out of HABIT, but also because E-inori had often seated himself NEXT to him. Which wasn’t something he minded. Oh no, far from it! He enjoyed talking to the other about whatever he could find. More than often, it was BAD CREEPYPASTAS. Those were always HILARIOUS.

Panic took control of his mind, adrenaline filling his body with it’s energy. He was in a closet? He hated being in his closet yet that wasn’t why he was scared.

Footsteps.. Closet creaking open.

Once more, that feeling of panic flowed through his veins as he let out a scream. Bolting upright, he knocked the blankets that had been laying over him onto the floor. Clutching his chest, A-ya broke down into a fit of coughs. As he calmed down, he tried to think on the dream.

Hide and Seek, someone killing him.

Someone he knew.

Surveying the area, he noted the differences from his own room. Oh, yes he was at C-ta’s bedroom for a sleepover. His parents were out of town, so for the time being he was required to stay with C-ta. A-ya didn’t mind, after all this was his friend.

Oh god, he hoped he didn’t wake him with that..

C-ta had been UNEASY during the sleepover, barely getting any sleep. He didn’t want to dream of his friend DYING again. Especially not when said friend was in his room and sleeping. Though, when he heard the SCREAM, he felt panic growing rapidly inside him as he rocketed up from the matress on the floor.

He scurried over to his bed, where A-ya was, his emerald eyes filled with WORRY as they gazed at the other.

“ A-YA-?! A- Are you okay?! What happened, did you get HURT?! ”

The brunet always thought of the WORST possible outcomes when his friends ask for help or, in this case, screams. He couldn’t help it, having a fear of those he hold closely to him be in pain or even DYING.

As his CHILDHOOD FRIEND looked around, the taller of the two grit his teeth. He was hiding behind the lockers, so hopefully he wouldn’t be seen. He COULDN’T let A-ya see him. Not like THIS.
