 ❛   i  appreciate  you  helping  my  coworker,  but  did  you  really  need  to  kick  him  in  the  face  ?   ❜     as  impressive  as  the  kick  was  (  he  was  still  in  awe  to  be  honest  )  and  how  much  the  scumbag  deserved  it,  alec  now  had  an  unconscious  man  to  deal  with  &  mess  to  clear  up.  how  he  was  going  to  explain  the  broken  table  to  his  boss,  he  didn’t  know  &  the  thought  made  him  deflate  in  defeat.  whatever  the  excuse  was,  it  wasn’t  going  to  be  fun.

 ❛   you  should  be  fine  now,  they  wont  be  coming  back  any  time  soon.   ❜    despite  his  words,  he  continued  to  watch  the  retreating  forms  until  they  were  completely  out  of  sight;  just  making  sure  they  really  were  gone.  it  was  only  a  little  past  midday  &  he  was  already  dealing  with  assholes  ------  today  was  going  to  be  a  long  day.  once  they  were  gone,  he  finally  shifted  his  attention  to  the  female  with  a  weary  sigh.

’ you’d be surprised. i’ve seen a lot of interesting things at a bar. ’ most because he knows what to look for / things that others don’t pay any attention to. 

 ❛   well  my  bar  must  be  pretty  boring  then.   ❜     not  that  he  was  complaining  or  anything;  he  liked  boring,  meant  less  trouble  for  him.      ❛   but  honestly,  i  had  no  idea  any  of  this  was  actually  real  -----  the  whole  witch  thing,  i  mean.   ❜

"I'm very fully prepared for the consequences!" And he very carefully wraps his arms around him, resting his head against him!! He'd hug anyone if it meant they'd feel better!!

 his  body  jolts  &  he  freezes  as  the  arms  slowly  lace  around  his  body.  despite  what  he  had  threatened  beforehand,  alec  makes  no  move  to  cause  harm  to  the  other  male  &  instead  remains  completely  still.  usually  his  threats  were  enough  to  deter  most,  no  one  has  ever  attempted  to  actually  hug  him  (  except  for  lily-mae  but  she  was  the  sole  exception  )  so  he  honestly  had  no  idea  what  he  was  supposed  to  do  now.  but  as  much  as  he  would  complain  about  this,  the  hug  wasn’t  terrible  &  honestly,  deep  down,  alec  was  grateful  for  the  hug.  he  did  really  need  it  but  affection  wasn’t  his  strong  point  &  nine  times  out  of  ten,  it  made  him  incredibly  uncomfortable.  which,  despite  the  slight  pleasure  he  felt  briefly,  was  beginning  to  happen  but  he  still  wasn’t  going  to  go  through  with  his  threat  for  before  though.
