This is SUPER PROFESSIONAL by Fools Paradise. I love The Professional so this is pretty iconic to me. If I were to get my hands on this, my next birthday party will be Mario themed.
Dance Dance Dance
Last night I was able to run out for a quick dance session while my newborn was sleeping. I've been needing a soul refresh and so I rolled out to Commonwealth in DT LV. House playing up stairs with my boys the Behind City Lights crew and my fav female DJ/B-Girl in Vegas DJ Crykit!
Funk, Soul, and Beyond - downstairs with 2 of my fav Vegas DJs 8-Bits and Phoreyes!
It was so awesome to have the opportunity to dance all types of styles and the choice to dance outside to house or inside to funk and soul.
Love this Brella shower curtain by Sam Flores! This might have to be my next bathroom color theme.
Been eyeballing this baby for a minute. Usually I don't like things that are too girly but this lil backpack is fly. Is there such a thing as having too many backpacks?

If you’re a 90s Hip Hop head like me, then you know this steeze! Still the style of dance that I rock!
“I wholeheartedly support Young New Yorkers; not only as an art program and constructive alternative to teens being incarcerated, but it is also highly therapeutic. It builds problem solving skills that can boost self confidence and allow participants to feel more empowered to pursue their dreams as well as deal with their realities."—Shepard Fairey
We are so thrilled to be celebrating the art and activism of Shepard Fairey @obeygiant at this year’s Silent Art Auction, in featuring a selection of his work. The transformational nature of his work and life is an inspiration to so many of our extraordinary young New Yorkers.
Natural Springs (2015) is one artwork that will be available at the event on April 7.

(Mass Appeal Records)
I don’t know about you, but I’m crazy excited about the news for the release of The Diary (J Dilla’s 2002 Lost Vocal Album), under interestingly enough, Nas’ Mass Appeal Records in conjunction with PayJay Records. Set to be released April 15, it is said to be J Dilla’s “last record that he actually wanted out” - Egon from an interview with RollingStone. And that it has taken about 15 years to reconstruct, salvage, and get clearance on samples to release.
I posted a picture of the Dilla Vinyl Toy quite a few years ago anticipating the release, which seemed to take years from when I had first heard news of one being made. Then Rappcats finally announced the pre-order; and a few months after, I was able to get my little Filipino hands on him. Super thankful, I have him posted in my room where I can see him everyday. To much of my surprise, Rappcats has done it again under the oversight of the Estate of James Yancey, conceived and rendered by Detroit artist Sintex, and designed and sculpted by Seoul-based toy artist P2PL like the first one. This time around he is rocking a replica of the hat and a handmade shirt that he wore on the “J Dilla Donuts” album. You know I’m going to have to get one of these cuties as well. RIP J Dilla Foever
JayDee Tribute
Love for Dilla always and I love all the tributes that J. Rocc puts out. Cool to see this under Discogs. <3
