that period of time when a hyperfixation ends and you haven't found a replacement yet, that's the true definition of raw dogging life
I love how the phoenix’s power is deeply entrenched in hatred and rage and how slowly the calling and channeling of this deep hatred burdens and corrupts both rin and altan.
Thinking about the poppy war psychically make me sick. I finished the book ages ago but the events that happen in that book still plague me till this day. Like rin and atlan didn’t deserve anything that happened to them, they were children who lost their homes, had no one to look up to and now i’m crying again.
One of my favourite type of characters are those who are so chaotic, angry or stubborn that they change fate itself. Their future is so up to themselves through sheer force of will or chance that visions of profets cannot predict what they are about to do.
rin is just like me. i too would fold head first for the first person to give validation.
i NEEED another book that invokes the emotions the poppy war did. i need a book to physically, emotionality and mentally break me.
characters who are so inauthentic. characters who only show what they want other people to see of them. characters who simply must have control over every part of themselves. do you even get it
i love you insane, unhinged female characters who fuck everything up. i love you female rage that ruins everything else. i love you evil women who don't give a shit.
