Hope, the Grimoire’s Promise of Healing: An Essential Oil Spell-Book by Katarina-Lilith.

Greetings, witches and friends!

Today, I have completed my first official spell-book, Hope, the Grimoire’s Promise of Heaing, and have henceforth listed digital versions of the spell-book for sale as a self-publication. With inspiration drawn from @daisyprayers strength, Hope, the Grimoire’s Promise of Healing contains a total of twelve spells in which six spells are designated towards psychological health and the last, six remaining spells are correlated towards physical health, specifically chronic conditions such as chronic pain and inflammation.

Hope, the Grimoire’s Promise of Healing additionally contains information that not only combines aromatherapy, but the physical properties and magickal correspondences in Pagan religions towards the essential oils have also been taken into consideration when handcrafting each spell recipe to optimal effectiveness. As such, Hope, the Grimoire’s Promise of Healing contains an information section that details the effectiveness of aromatherapy in its regard to treating common ailments, such as anxiety and depression, in order to guarantee that the reader, or spell-caster, develops a core understanding of the material and principles utilized within the spell-book.

The 5 W’s of Spell Writing

*This is from my personal grimoire and is something I find very helpful for writing spells, but I am not an authority or a professional on the subject!*

Who: is the target/recipient of the spell, or who will be affected by it?

What: is the objective of the spell, what is the intent?

Where: will be affected by the spell, or where will it take place?

When: is the time frame of the spell, how long will it take to happen and how long will it last? Or, when will the spell be cast?

Why: am I creating this spell? What are my intentions behind it and am I comfortable with them? Does this spell follow my beliefs and ethics?

How: will I cast the spell? What tools and materials will I use to create it and what else will I need?

Considering the “who, what, where, when, why, and how” and the way they relate to both your intent and the instructions of your spell will give you a more detailed description, and be good practise! Best wishes!

Concentration Oil Spell…

This essential oil spell, Concentration, is meant to assist in focusing the psychic abilities, especially for abilities such as clairvoyance and divination. 

The recipe includes the following details…

8 drops of Lotus essential oil, 2 drops of Sandalwood essential oil, and 1 drop of (Sweet) Orange essential oil.

However, please be sure to mix the essential oils together before utilizing the essential oil diffuser to activate the spell for maximum charge in order to cast the Concentration spell. This spell can also be utilized on a tissue for inhalation; however, under no circumstances should this spell be applied to the skin.

Twenty one days ago I messaged @liliths-angels panicking because my favourite plant had died. They walked me through every step of reviving it. I made sure it had enough water, checked it’s roots, crushed up egg shells to put in its soil. I’ve remembered to check it every day and my mum has been helping me water it. This is how it looks today! You will flourish again.

Four Steps for Serene Sleep: A Magickal, Nighttime Routine.

As suggested by @daisyprayers, I have specifically established a magickal, nighttime routine for myself that they thought that I should share with you all. This is because I struggle with night terrors and insomnia, thereby resulting in sleep anxiety, therefore, this magickal, nighttime routine is more so geared towards mental health: please, tailor the routine as specifically needed. 

Step 1. Begin the magickal nighttime routine by casting a magickal spell that focuses on relaxation and anxiety reduction, such as my Tranquil Sleep essential oil spell.

Step 2. Afterwards, if you have [electronic] tealight candles or fairy lights, turn them on to a low light setting to help set the ambient mood: if you’re worried about falling asleep with the lights on, be sure to turn them off after step three.

Step 3. If needed, be sure to take all of your necessary nighttime medications before proceeding with the rest of this specific step. Subsequently, climb into bed and begin scrolling through Tumblr, specifically Tumblr’s such as @daisyprayers because they post wholesome positive, witchy affirmations that greatly assist in really creating an optimistic atmosphere for a serene sleep. However, please be sure to set a specific time limit for how long you’ll scroll through social media on your phone: you do not want to accidentally alert your mind into being awake more than need be.

Step 4. Lastly, after scrolling through positive, witchy affirmation posts, such as @daisyprayers, I usually turn on the following ambient noise and before finally leaving my phone away from me so I can focus on sleeping, but overall nearby on my nightstand specifically for the ambience.

(I’ve been working on forgiving my body for things that it can’t control. I know that my chronic illness isn’t my fault, but I often blame my body for it and hurt it in the process.
