Ah...AHAHAHH... Yeah it has been a while. Quite a few. And damn looking back how did i think 70 kg was the maximum i could get?
Currently I'm at all time low of 86kg, I don't know what's happening. I feel that every time i eat it instantly becomes fat, no matter how little or how much i eat, it never leaves.
But i'm not giving up. I have been going to the gym, I have been doing strength training and I've gained 2 kg of muscle, so I shouldn't be too upset cause those 86 are actually 84 and i will for sure lose the rest eventually. It's just frustrating that I keep rebounding.
In any case, let's set the goals for the week like every time and try to stick to it.

100g or more of protein daily
And goals for the month:
no chocolate
no cookies

no chips
no take out (only at the end of the month as reward)

Hello!
Ever since last time I installed Myfitnesspal and started counting calories of sorts. I’m not being too harsh and am avoiding counting drinking calories cause i’m still struggling with daily water intake so I rather just drink anything and try to stay hydrated than try to fix myself on water only. I discovered i rather drink my calories than eat them. Since I started I already lost 4 kg!! I’m so happy to be back on 74kg, every week i lose around half a kilogram so even though it’s a slow process it’s still taking effect.
Let’s see how far I can go. So far my goal is to reach 68 kg again.
