Sansai Japanese Grill!! Cause I was craving sushi :)
week 2!!! So far so good! Small changes but it’s something. Eating healthy helps alot!
Sushi time! I didn't even know that for brown rice they charge extra lol this is better than burgers and sodas tho
So far so good. I almost gave in on pizza today...gosh i love that stuff. But I remembered I got fruit lol
Bringing the healthy food into my fitness journey. I filled two containers with mixed fruit and I plan to do it often. That way whenever I'm hungry or just want to munch on something the fruit is ready to go!
I didn’t post most for this weekend because I was at Ft Irwin and I really didn’t have the best connection. Although, I didn’t go to the gym and do my planned workouts, I was very active this whole weekend especially as an NCO. There are stores in the military bases where many were allowed to go to buy food. Of course, many of them decided to buy sugary drinks and junk food. It was hard for me to not follow along and go buy some or crave some but I refrained. It’s the small things that matter, right?
Anyways, today I’m in bed rest cause I totally feel like I got beaten up. My body is sore. So im gonna switch tomorrow’s rest day to today haha
Keep moving forward.
So this weekend I got army training...I won't be near a gym to work on the Beach Body Transformation Program by Katya Elise Henry but I'll be very active and sweating under the sun. Have a great weekend!
Day 4- yesterday I had trouble staying on the eliptical for 15 minutes so today I ran for 20 minutes on the treadmill to gain endurance. Goal is to run 30 minutes straight without stopping. Hopefully by next week :)

3rd day into my workout routine with the Beach Body Transformation by Katya Elise Henry. I also, played a little softball cause I had free time and didn’t want to stay at home. I was playing for like 2 hours straight and doing little sprints in between.
So im starting the 8 Week Beach Body Transformation by Katya Elise Henry in order to achieve my weight goal and body image. Along with the program I will be incorporating some of my own exercises for more challenge and a bit difficulty.
This is a fun challenge and it will help with my military and personal lifestyle since I’ve already gotten in trouble for my weight gain and lack of motivation to be my best.
