Anyone following my vegan diet may think I drink a lot of juice, I do. All cold-pressed, raw, organic juices from @upjus why you might ask? Yes, it's good for me, yes it's all raw vegetables and fruit, but the biggest reason is time. I don't have time to cook, and this is the best heathy alternative for me. I like juices with ginger in the morning, helps get me warm and up and helps me to keep burning captors after my morning workout. Also curbs my appetite until noon when I have more time. Ok, it's Spring 2016, time to get ready for summer. The weather in #vancouver is actually #sunny this #Saturday morning. I'm starting a big challenge I've wanted to do for a while. I'm going #vegan for #10daychallenge I will continue to do my daily workouts and challenge my daily diet. My breakfast today is @upjus Hulk: Apple, celery, kale, cucumber, ginger, and lemon. The ginger curbs my morning hunger and gets me warmed up faster than coffee or tea, and my mind wakes up quickly. Nice way to start.
