In business, there is no such thing as individual achievement. Yes, you can have star performers at the top. But do not for one second believe that there aren't star performers at the ground level as well. They are just as important as you.

Most companies are far too serious. They think that since they are doing important and serious things, so they have to be serious all the time - except at that one annual party. I believe in more parties, more celebration.
Action speaks louder than words. Sayings stating that leaders must "walk the talk", "put their money where their mouth is" and "live their brands" have been reiterated until the point of ridicule, but these rules remain unavoidable. Leaders must do what they say they'll do.
Honesty is hard. When business is challenging, it is tempting to sugarcoat the situation or be silent. Don’t. It’s the safest way to lose your best people. Read more.

Internet for All is a revolution. It is about extending the benefits of being connected digitally to as many people as possible. This will not happen gradually with everyone waiting their turn; it will happen faster and wider than we have ever seen or imagined. Mobile operators must be prepared to serve this pent up demand. In Asia, the challenge is all about serving mass market consumers with affordable internet. That's how we empower Bogra and other societies in this region. Read more on telenor.com
What does internet mean to you? To me, it is the difference between being cut off and plugged in. It is the difference between being seen and being invisible. I can enjoy being offline, but only when I know that I can choose when to reconnect.
I work in the most densely populated region on the planet. There are more people living in Asia combined than in the rest of the world. Here, the Telenor brand is present in geographies with more than 1 billion people. Still, in our six markets alone, more than 500 million people are still not connected to the internet. Only 7-8% has access, and this in a growth region where most people are less than half my age.
Telenor’s Asia strategy is to bring Internet for All. Read more on telenor.com
