HAIR LOSS QUESTION ..

so i have longer hair (for a guy) and it thins out really bad in the winter + obv my diet isn’t great. it used to be a lot thicker when i was younger and i want that back. even in the summer it’s not as thick as i’d like

i recently bought minoxidil but when i tried to research results it’s mainly (if not all) naturally balding men and not anything on ppl w food issues/mental illness issues. i’m 22 w little fam history of mpb, my hairline isn’t receding either it’s just thin all over

has anyone in this community done a routine w minoxidil ? or any other methods ? i don’t think i look good w short hair but i def don’t look good w thin hair either so i’m kinda at a loss
