@silas--grey-blog
âThose will be coming later, donât worry. Gotta build up to them first, you know,â he had laughed jokingly in reply. Damian nodded and reached for the remote on the coffee table, then kicked his legs up and across Silas lap as he made himself more comfortable, laying with his head on the armrest of the couch. He played the movie and gave Silas another happy smile. âWhat would you do, huh? With your little cute self. Suck on his finger?â He smirked. âNah, Iâm just kidding. In all honesty, and this is gonna be a bit of a subject change, but Iâm happy to be hanging out with you again, Silas. Thanks for coming over.â
âNo -â Silas scrunched his brows in thought. A lot of people made fun of his height, but he didnât know there was a set order to those particular jokes. âI didnât know that.â He said amused and settling back groggily against the couch. He was still a bit tired from his workout but he felt good. But then Damian was draping his legs over his lap and he couldnât help but look over accusingly. Though he was merely greeted with a smile. âHey! Donât knock it...â he leaned toward his friend slightly as if to say he knew he liked it too. âHmm, but what would I do?â He mused. âI donât know exactly - Iâd have to analyze the moment, but Iâm sure heâd never forget me.â Silas stuck his tongue out before laughing at Damian. âYeah? Itâs nice...â He looked toward the TV for a moment. âThanks for inviting me.â
âCâmere, dork,â Damian chuckled, pulling his friend in for a tight hug. He could rest his chin on the otherâs still wet hair, and he smiled a little: Damian had always had a certain love for Silasâ height. He released him, giving him a quick once-over as he stepped aside to allow him access into his apartment. âHonestly, I was in the mood for some dorky superhero stuff, so Iâve got Man of Steel ready to go. Plus I just love staring at Henry Cavill, unf. Iâm totally down to watch whatever, though,â Damian told him, grabbing bottled waters from the fridge and handing one to Silas as they sat down on his couch.
As Silas was suddenly pulled further into the room and into an embrace, he stood there almost awkwardly for a moment until he settled on returning the hug. This like that still bothered him, but he was less grouchy about it these days. And this was his friend, so when he pulled away, he returned his smile. âAnd here I thought youâd start in on the short jokes.â He laughed, feeling the others eyes look him over, and not minding in the slightest. âI donât mind dorky superhero stuff.â If anyone really knew Silas, it was that he loved movies, LOTR being his all time favorite. So he was a bit of a low key dork himself. âHenry Cavill - yep...â Silas nodded his head in approval. âThe things Iâd do to that man given the opportunity.â He mused quietly, smirking at the thought as he took the offered bottle of water before making himself comfortable on the couch.Â
Damian would be lying through his teeth if he had said he wasnât looking forward to hanging out with Silas again. Itâd been a while since heâd seen his friend, and seeing as the both of them had just had a good workout, he thought itâd be fun to invite the other over for some relaxation. The otherâs perfect features just happened to be an added bonus. Not that he was attracted to his friend⊠okay, well he was.
Once heâd sent the text, Damian rolled out of bed and took a quick shower so he wouldnât be all smelly when Silas came over. Leaving his hair messy, he only bothered to slip on a pair of basketball shorts before tidying up his apartment a bit. A knock on his door brought a birght smile to his face, and he practically skipped over to answer. âWell, howdy, bud.â
Silas looked down at his phone, little smirk pulling at the corner of his mouth as his old friend text him back. It had been a while since heâd been in contact with any of his college buddies. Choosing to remain as reclusive as always. But that didnât mean he couldnât do something like this every once in a while. Especially when it was Damian, whose first text had brought a genuine smile to his face. The flirting and teasing just came as naturally as breathing. Getting up off the bed where heâd deliberately plopped himself, he took a quick shower before heading over to the others place.Â
Knocking on the door, he stood there in a basic pair of grey sweats and a t-shirt where the sleeves had been deliberately cut away. One hand gripped tightly to the back of his neck and he looked up as Damian opened the door. Hazel eyes swept over him for a moment, another characteristic smirk forming on his mouth. âHey, man.â He said, stepping through the door until they were standing in front of each other, their height difference very apparent suddenly. âWhat are we watching?â He asked with a raised brow.
Text: Silas x Damian
Damian: Um k den
Damian: You wanna come over to watch some movies, man? Maybe you can find your brain too
Silas: But...that means making effort that I don't have.
Silas: I'm just kidding. Getting up is just a hassle.
Silas: Consider yourself special. ;) You still living in the same place?
Text: Silas x Damian
Damian: Uh, yeah, to be honest x)
Damian: Yeah, man, that would be awesome! I'd love that
Silas: You started it. Deal with the consequences. ;P
Silas: Got any ideas? My brain is currently...elsewhere.
Text: Silas x Damian
Damian: !!!!
Damian: Well um damn. uM I can't think right now sorry
Damian: Do what you gotta do homie, I support you either way
Silas: Got a problem over there, Damian? ;)
Silas: Well thanks~! Haha - we should hang some time. I promise to be on my best behavior.
Text: Silas x Damian
Damian: Fucking same! Though don't worry, I'm not gonna be offering any of my world-famous bj's to you ;) jk jk
Damian: You'll find something eventually, man, I know it. Dude, me too! I'm so dead
Silas: Oh baby, I've never had my mouth around your cock so who is to say yours are any better than mine? - Jk - does that mean I can have one? ;)
Silas: Yeah. Maybe I should sleep with like an art director or something. But that's too low, even for me.
Text: Silas x Damian
Damian: Well I mean it'd give you a lot of benefits, I'll tell you that. But for now maybe instead you should just put on a devil costume?
Damian: I hate scary movies about kids, like have you seen Sinister? Fuck that noise
Damian: But what have you been up to, man? Wyd?
Silas: Eh - I'm not one for cosplay. haha
Silas: You couldn't pay me to watch that movie. Even if it came with the like - the worlds greatest blow job, during or after.
Silas: Trying to find real work, can't survive off selling art forever, unfortunately. But currently I'm laying down, just got back from the gym.
Text: Silas x Damian
Damian: Oh, wow :C
Damian: Ummm ouch??? Excuse me? I'mma go cry now nbd :'C I am not the child of the devil
Damian: How was it? I don't do well with scary movies
Silas: Don't cry but...I wish I was the child of the devil. 0:â)
Silas: Not as scary as I remember it to be - but small children freak me out either way.
Text: Silas x Damien
Damien: Yo, Silas!
Silas: New phone. Who dis?
Damien: Oh, ha. Ha ha. Hahaha.
Silas: ...I'm serious.
Silas: JK - what's up, Damien? Cause any of your babysitters to jump off buildings recently?
Silas:...Sorry. Kinda. lol
Silas: I rewatched The Omen recently. ÂŻ\_(ă)_/ÂŻ
Yo, Silas!
New phone. Who dis?
I told you, I'm fine.
Thereâs that cocky side grin at the others words, more than a little amused how little the boy had changed. Though it said something that the boy could pull off the hoody and the basketball shorts and still look as hot as the day they met. It was a little strange to have the boy refuse to meet his eyes. His mind flashing back to how it ended. Silas actually refusing the ring Christian had bought him. The collar hadânt been enough then, at least not at with the year ending. Christian stepped into the others studio apartment wit ha soft chuckle at the others words. âAw, I would have been scratching on the door for hours like a some lost dog. It would have been terrible. Youâre doing the right thing, letting me in. Otherwise youâd never get rid of him.â He mused as he walked in, flicking his eyes around the others apartment before turning on his hell to look at the other. âYou know, the whole ex rules says I shouldnât say certain thingsâŠâ he said easily as he tilted his head at the boy. âSo I wonât,âÂ
The longer they stood around, the more panicked, tense, and temperamental Silas  seemed to become. He glanced at the clock again. Why had he let him inside? Right - because Christian would stand outside scratching at the door. And he really didnât need a certain someone running into that particular scene. As Christian walked inside, Silas quietly closed the door behind him. But as he turned back, they practically collided as the blonde had turned to face him. Silas took a quick step back, his back practically pressed against the door before he moved farther into the room. âIâd have called security eventually, but youâd probably just pay them to leave.â There was no doubt in his tone. A questioning look flickered across Silasâ expression and he squared his shoulders. âWhat certain things?â He asked, feeling as if he were walking on a landmine with that question. âNothing seemed to stop you before. - Do you want something...to drink or...â He still didnât fully look him in the eyes, though he tried to be hospitable.Â
I told you, I'm fine.
Christian himself knew he shouldânt be here. Not juts because of Silas but because heâd left that event early to be here. His was still dressed in that perfect tuxedo. His hair was a bit longer since theyâd last met, now trailing down into a small ponytail but somehow it still suited him. Thereâs a little smirk as Silas opened the door and began actually yelling at him. Itâs almost like he never left. âI know I am.â Christian said simply as he flashed that thousand dollar smile at the boy. Even after all ths time there was no way he wasânt fond of Silas. Hell, he still loved him. Christian gently pushed the door open more, before he finally let his eyes run up and down Silas. âDamnâŠYou look just as good.â He teased as he finally focused on the others eyes. His eyes flicking over the boy for any damage. Any black eyes or brushed arms. Anything to give him a clue that Silas wasânt safe. That this new boyfriend was so much like the old ones. âGoing to invite me in?
âDamn right!â Silas agreed with a nod, distracted momentarily as Christian merely took what he dished out. He took the moment to look the other over briefly, careful not to allow his eyes to wander longer than they needed to. His hair was longer now, but he still looked the same - just as handsome as heâd remembered him to be, tux included. Silas however, was dressed more for comfort in a baggy hoody and basketball shorts as he stood there, gripping at the door. Christian pushed open the door gently, and Silas let go of it, though he could feel the others eyes all over him and he glanced away as if refusing to make eye contact. However, his eyes rolled at the compliment as he stuffed his hands into the pocket at the front of his hoody. âNo - I was going to make you stand out in the hallway.â He said, sarcasm laced in his tone as he pushed the door open further and he gestured to let him in.Â
I told you, I'm fine.
Silas was in a panic, had been since the moment he received Christians first text message. Now  he was pacing the floor, knowing and dreading that the other was coming to see him. Checking the clock repeatedly, he rushed to put his belonging and the like in somewhat acceptable order. His mind was racing...why exactly was he letting him in? This could end so badly, and Silas couldn't stop the scenarios from playing out in his head. His phone chimed again and he glanced down, rolling his eyes at the words on the screen. Some things it seemed would never change. Another knock and Silas nervously tugged at the sleeves of his hoody. He hadn't seen Christian, let alone heard his voice in what felt like forever. He'd forced thoughts of the blonde in the back of his mind, having chosen after everything to move on. But now, randomly - here he was again. That alone angered and frustrated him. If Tristan found out he was even here....Silas took a deep breath and pocketed his phone before he flung open his door, not bothering to look the blonde over as he began ranting, "Knew what? You are the most annoying..." He spoke quickly, trying to get it all out, but keeping distance with the door only half open.
text: Silas x Christian.
Christain: I knew it.
Christian: Because I just did'nt. And they would have. I would have made them.
Christian: Your facebook? Which is far less creepy than I hope that sounds
Christian: Let me iiiiiiiiiiin.
Silas: Fuck off. :/
Silas: It shouldn't have to be "spun" in the first place.
Silas: ...I forgot I even had a Facebook.
Silas: Fine. Fine. But only for a few minutes. Then you have to leave.
text: Silas x Christian.
Christian: Just admit that would be kinda hot.
Christian: It's not matter if they accepted you or not. We could have worked with that. They would have spun it so it worked in my favor. Not against. I married someone who loves what they do. Not for who they are.So you did'nt have political cash in your back pocket. So what? Because I did'nt want him.
Christian: Then let me iiiiiiiiiin. And I won't break your windows.
Silas: It would be kinda hot. Happy?
Silas: Right - they would have spun it. Why not?
Silas: How do you even know where I live now?
Silas: Don't answer that question.
