It would've been kinda cool if right after the snap and Tony's death (and instead of that kneeling hommage from the heros in the deleted scene), we would've had a black cut to the next scene -

"Move, move, move!", somebody shouts.

We're in a hospital. Someone's pushing a mobile bed. Tony is in it, with a respirator and all. They arrive in a surgery room.

"What do we have?", Christine Palmer asks.

"Brain trauma."

"Life functions critical", somebody says.

"He's going into cardiac arrest."

Someone uses a defibrillator on him.

"He's stable."

"What about the arm?"

"Brain first."

"I'm on it", a dark voice says. Christine looks up, and it's Strange. He's wearing a surgical mask and he's putting on surgical gloves.

She smiles.

Strange holds a hand up, and the surgeon assistant gives him the tool he needs.

Strange takes a breath. Now his eyes smile.

"Mr Stark. You're not going to die."

Credits roll.

I'm sorry, I know nothing about hospitals and science and surgeries but I just wanted to point out that it would've been cool that in the end, Tony is saved by a superhero, not through superpowers, but by using his former talents, that made him as much a hero as well. And I like that it was Strange, who's kind of responsible for Tony's death (by putting them on the path of that one scenario case), but decided, whatever outcome I saw, I'm going to do everything I can to fix it - I saw the end of the fight and I know how to fix it. My part is not done yet.

Anyway. That's my interpretation.
