I need to move out in 7 days
If anyone needs a tldr: me, my brother and our dog are in serious danger because of our abusive father, and we are in major need of donations)
So.. as anyone who knows me is aware, I currently live with my abusive narcissist father.
I also live with my brother, who is a closeted trans man, and our dog, Kippy.
My father is currently making violent threats against both my brother and our dog.
He suspects my brother is trans, and berates him for it on a daily basis, calling him slurs and calling him "demon possessed." He has threatened to kick him out on multiple occasions.
When my father found out about our dog, he came home yelling, saying he wanted to open the door and release the dog. My brother hid in his room with the dog, and locked the door. My father banged on the door screaming, and when we refused to open it, he kicked the door down.
Of course the dog was terrified, and saw that my brother was terrified too, so he barked at my dad. My dad took this as "aggressive behavior" and is now calling the dog dangerous and violent.
Does this look dangerous and violent to you?? Kippy is the sweetest, most cuddly, friendly dog in the world. And my father wants him dead.
My father is now telling us we need to get rid of our dog in 7 days, and has made countless violent threats about what will happen if we dont.
He has threatened to abandon the dog on the side of the road. He has threatened to have the dog euthanized. He has threatened to shoot and kill our dog with a shotgun.
He says we have seven days but keeps saying we'll have less days if the dog misbehaves or exhibits "aggressive" behavior. Remember this dog now hates my dad, and barks at him often. So at this point we feel really scared and unsafe, not knowing how much time we really have.
My brother and I have decided that the best course of action is for us to get away from our abuser as soon as possible. We dont have anywhere that both we AND the dog can stay, so we're trying to move out.
We need 2,000$ to be able to move within a week.
We're trying to scrounge together as much as we can on our own, but our father has been financially abusing us as long as we've been making money, so we really don't have much.
So I'm begging you guys, if you can spare anything, please help us out.
