pondering on the time i said i liked eating yummy fruits or something and a woman at my college whom i previously held in quite high regard took the opportunity to tell me they like "chubby trans girls". the next day i ate a large sandwich in front of my trans guy coworker and he commented on it going straight to my hips ass and breasts. no objection from bystanders in each of these incidents. for context im like recovering from being deathly skinny all my life. makes you think about the way that people think and speak about weight gain and trans women.
