“ change?  what kind of change? “  she was barely figuring out the rules of the supernatural world in the first place, she didn’t need them changing on her already.  “ or is there anyway to track who’s doing it? “ finding that someone and dealing with them sounded a hell of a lot easier than dealing with the consequences of any changes.

It was a shock at first, when instead of getting defensive Allison felt giddy at the statement. She should’ve been annoyed. After all she wasn’t adorable. She beautiful, bad ass, and sexy… Right? But the compliment was so sincere coming from Kira that Allison couldn’t help but grin and lean in to press a kiss to her girlfriend’s lips.

          “I’m not gonna apologize, Allison. I made my choice and I would make it all over again if I could.”  Stiles didn’t regret it. Allison was going to get the life she deserved and if Stiles had to pay the price for that he understood those consequences.  He sighed as she came in and wrapped her arms around him, instinctively pulling her close and rubbing her back softly. The two had never been super close, but they shared a common bond in Lydia and Scott and Stiles knew how important that was.  Allison was important to everyone he cared about and that made her important to him.  

          He smiled and shrugged softly, glancing down at the brunette.  “Everyone has been too busy missing you to worry about what stupid things I’m doing.”  Stiles admitted.  He hoped that when everyone found out, they would just be happy to have Allison back.  After all, Stiles still had ten more years until he was going to have to worry about the consequences of his deal.

It wasn’t that Allison expected an apology out of Stiles, it was damn near impossible to change his mind when it was made up on something. The only way around it was to present him with the facts, and he already knew everything she did. The idea of him dying just didn’t horrify him the same way it did her. She didn’t want to keep harping on the fact that this would hurt everyone still, she didn’t want to add on to his guilt, but she couldn’t disagree that this was selfish when it came to her. He might not lose the guilt completely, but he’d sure piled a whole bunch of it right back on her. What he saw as ‘making things right’ she saw as him dying because of her. So she’d just have to be the one to do research and find the loophole this time, it might take longer without him helping, but she could be stubborn too.

“Yeah, keeping track of you is a full-time job.” She joked, meeting his gaze. “I’m glad that you were able to get rid of the Nogitsune. I know everyone was worried, we all missed you.” Finally able to take a slow breath and calm herself, Allison stepped back. She was a hunter, and while she’d introduced emotion back into her family’s code, there were still times when thinking logically was necessary to keep from freaking out. “What’ll we do now? If we want to keep this a secret until we know for sure that I’m fine.. staying at your house in a town full of werewolves and their heightened senses might be difficult. Not to mention your dad.”
