I also picked up this cool boytroidal agate at the OU Pick and Hammer Geology Club Mineral Auction last week. It is possibly a fire agate, but nevertheless it looks super cool! I just love the shape! 😍⠀ ⠀ What do you think? Give me some emojis below!
Here are some of the most important witch herbs and their use:
Rosemary: Rosemary is an all-purpose herb that no witch should be without, as it can be substituted for just about any other herb. Its powers include love, lust, protection, purification, healing, longevity, mental powers, sleep, exorcism and youth.
Chamomile: Being a medicinal herb, the volatile oils of Chamomile are an anti-spasmodic which is used in treating indigestion as well as menstrual cramps and other common stomach ailments.
Thyme: Has numerous magical properties. It is available as an essential oil, it can be burned as incense and the leaves can be made into poultices and teas. Thyme’s associations include: healing, love, psychic knowledge and purification.
Lavender: Lavender flowers are wonderful when used in love spells. Sprinkle Lavender flowers around your home to bring peacefulness. Burn Lavender as an incense to help you sleep.
Eucalyptus: The unsurpassed herb for healing is Eucalyptus. It can be used for protection as well. Carry Eucalyptus leaves with you for protection. To relieve colds and other respiratory infections, encircle green candles with Eucalyptus leaves and pods and visualize yourself as healed.
CACTUS Few are poisonous, ingest only those used for food.
Powers: Protection, Chastity.
Magical Uses: Cacti of all kinds are protective, owing to their spines. Grown indoors, they protect against unwanted intrusions and burglaries, and also absorb negativity. Outside, one cactus should be placed facing each direction, next to the house, to further protect it. Cactus spines are sometimes used in Witch bottles, and to mark symbols and words on candles and roots. These are then either carried or buried to release the power.
