THIS CANNOT BE REAL LMAO
Don’t tell me this is real.
it actually is. as someone who dedicated his entire life to making family oriented films for many generations of children filled with magic, love, fantasy, and innocence. of course he’s disgusted with how otaku culture has heavily influenced most, if not all anime.
YES MIYAZAKI GO OFFFFFF
Here is my final cover art for The Legend of Korra complete series DVD/Blu-ray set. You can see the sketch here.
Why are people turning the Ghostbusters reboot into an anti woman thing? Just because you don’t like the idea of rebooting a classic movie franchise doesn’t mean you hate women.
As a lover of Ghostbusters, the film makes me feel uncomfortable. I don’t feel uncomfortable because the lead roles are portrayed by women. I feel uncomfortable because it doesn’t feel like the Ghostbusters I know and love. To me Ghostbusters is an 80′s franchise, aside from all the comic books and cartoons that came out of the original films. The reboot feels more like Bridesmaids with ghosts instead of a new Ghostbusters film.
I know that it won’t be exactly the same given that the cast is different, but that doesn’t mean that the aesthetics can’t pay homage to the original. I’m just keeping my fingers crossed that they use practical effects instead of cgi because that’s one of my favourite parts of the original film.
One thing I do wish though is that Hollywood would stop rebooting and remaking films. Why not make a completely new franchise that involves kick ass women? Make more Buffy’s and less Bill Murray stand ins.
I don't know why I made this...
Shade too real.
