Okay, more Blipmary Swap AU stuffs.

Meet Adrian (based on the planet and not the Eridian), replacing Eva Stratt and the Saving Grace Ship and Rocky.

Ignore that the Saving Grace looks like a child's rendition of a spaceship, I don't know how to draw complex machinery, especially in a way based on a person. I'm aware they probably wouldn't have fire thrusters since they're based on Astrophage, but let me have this.

So yeah, despite Mary's and Blip's size difference, their ships are still in scale based on Grace and Rocky in canon. I had to figure out how to do that, and I got it eventually. Mary is in way too big a ship, though.

I also love Adrian so dearly. I wanted to keep Eva's very comfortable looking clothing, so big jackt™ it is!

Anyways, I still blame @/paleasamoon for this.

In either case, the astrophage would remove this most basic form of love for both. The dimmer sun would bring about famine, a lack of food, which will kill so many, it would be hard to find anyone to watch you sleep.

Okay, so I wanted to draw a shitty Eridian, something to do with wheels, but I'm not funny so I was just going to do a regular Eridian OC with a disability, but then they became a car so... Back to shitty Eridian?

Meet McQueen (nickname Kachow), they're based on Brucite (all Eridian designs by me will be based on oxide minerals, because I think it's canon within the books that they are oxidized on the outside?). Because Brucite is really brittle, their outer layer tends to flake and get crushed.

Because their outer layer is needed to regulate temperatures to move, they have a hard time moving since they can't regulate their temperature (I did something similar with Rocky's Crew in my fanfic, Ultrasonic Panic, but they're also dealing with radiation sickness and not just a flaky carapace, so McQueen should be able to live a normal lifespan?) So! They have wheels.

Since they roll around, they don't need to move as many limbs (just their back limb for control). They just lock their limbs and go. If they're having a field trip in Grace's dome, their wheels remain outside the suit. A little hard to roll on the sand, but y'know.

Okay you can blame @/paleasamoon my mutual for reblogging a bunch of Blipmary/humanized Blip-A and Hail Mary's, so I decided to get on that too, except Blip-A is still an alien.

Not an Eridian! I just thought it would be fun to do something different. Seeing as I based Blip's (I gotta think of a better name) home planet on Kepler-22b (I wanted the oceans), I suppose they'd be called... Keplians?

Hello, I got into Spy x Family around the time my brother played RE8, so imagine my very delighted surprise when I stumbled upon @piracytheorist 's crossover fic "In Life, and In Death" wherein which Loid Forger replaces Ethan Winters in RE8. It's really good, and I do absolutely recommend the fic and supporting the author.

It's definitely a bit of a rougher piece, done pretty quickly, but I think I like it.

Just talking about AU's I've thought about in general under the cut.

Otherwise, I've been thinking of random crossovers of RE and SxF in general. More related to RE8, I've thought about Loid not making it and getting sent to the mold dimension and bonding with Ethan, with eventually helping both Rose and 20 year old Anya in the Shadows of Rose DLC... I've thought about Loid and Leon teaming up + Ada and Yor whilst Grace looks after Anya (eventually, they both get thrown into the action), after thinking of Leon's quip after he would defeat Twilight ("Seems like a new day's dawning", or something like that) I thought of the Forger family getting infected with a virus and basically going Dulvey Incident with it. Essentially, Yor and Loid get infected, and the infection stalls a bit, so it spread to their apartment complex, where Leon is sent in, finding Bond who leads him to Anya (they're both immune, experiments and all), who has to care for Anya RE4 style while he fights in the garden, where Yor infected everyone and is the final boss of that area, and then into an WISE base with Loid as the final boss. It ends happily.
