Imagine not knowing how to be open with friends to the point you feel like you need to come up with some dumb lable instead of accepting some friends are just closer than others. No, what I’m saying is that there is different platonic levels. I mean, you wouldn’t call a stranger your friend, or an acquaintance your best friend. Platonic shave nothing to do with LGBTQA+. But there are some times when it’s no longer just “hanging out” and it’s closer and more positivity emotionally stimulating. I mean, One could platonically ship characters or people together (example, I think that the platonic relationship between Kokichi Ouma and tenko chabishara from danganronpa can be expanded a lot, but I could not ever imagine romantically shipping them.)
