TINKER BELL (2008)
"We're just friends. I think I would know if he liked me." Tink couldn't help but laugh at her friend's reaction, out of the entire group Silvermist and Fawn were by far the closest to her and always avid listeners. Maybe her next adventure would be with Silvermist, so she could experience it firsthand and be the one to tell the others an adventurous story. "Honestly, we're both fine because of Terence quick thinking. He used the extra dust we had and threw it on the rats and they all floated up to the brush and we were able to walk away. Though, I didn't get my lost thing after that... maybe it's still on the beach." She tapped her chin in thought.
silvermist covers her mouth with a hand to giggle. tinkerbell was resourceful and smart and one of the best tinkers silvermist's ever met, but goodness, was she oblivious. "whatever you say, tink." silvermist muses, nudging her fairy friend by the elbow playfully.
"oh! that's clever of terence." sil says with an agreeable nod. if the water fairy were in their position, she wonders if she'd be as creative or inventive... probably not. "it could be. i don't see how a lost thing could just get up and leave. it's not like it has wings... or does it?"

" i should keep that in mind, though i'm fine with getting all my gossip from you. " she taunted with a grin. silvermist always knew the juicy tidbits aurora would be interested in, giving her the best highlights. as she patted the blonde on the head, aurora dramatically sighed. she was quiet for a moment, letting the words settle in her mind. " you're right, i'm sure he is. i have no doubt he's doing it on purpose. " aurora scoffed, thinking about that ever-irritating smirk on draco's face whenever she was annoyed about something he said or did. " maybe i should give him a taste of his own medicine . . . but i wanna go big. " she thought aloud, hands coming up to mimic a big picture. " i want to make him so mad he fumes about it for days. maybe then i'll get some peace. "
silvermist beams. one of the things she liked most about her friend was that she never judged her, even if her hobbies were more juvenile than she liked to admit. silvermist nods along, allowing the slytherin to work out her thoughts aloud. it's only when aurora mentions going big and fuming for days that silvermist raises her eyebrows, jaw dropping in surprise. "oh! well, i didn't mean..." she trails off, shaking her head. what kind of friend would silv be if she wasn't supportive? "how big exactly?"

aurora smiled as silvermist assured her it was okay — but even the slytherin would admit she annoyed herself sometimes. " yeah, but you can also always tell me to just shut up too, sil. " the blonde said with a laugh. " — you listen to me moan and groan more then myrtle. " aurora flopped backwards to lay flat against the grass on the courtyard, looking up at the sky. completely abandoning their attempt at studying. even after complaining and talking silvermist's ear off, aurora didn't feel much better. " i shouldn't let him bother me so much. " she murmured softly.
"never." silvermist says seriously with the shake of her head. "and myrtle isn't so bad either, you know. once she knows you won't make fun of her, she'll spill all the juicy gossip she overhears. how do you think i know about half the things i do?" it was unbecoming of her to be so enthralled with gossip, but silvermist couldn't help the enjoyment she found from it. and it wasn't like sil was going off and telling everybody about what she heard... just her closest friends. "you shouldn't," silvermist agrees, patting her slytherin friend on the top of her head in some odd semblance of comfort. "he's probably doing it on purpose to make you mad. i wonder how he'd like it if you did the same."

"oh, hush." silvermist giggles, brushing the compliment off bashfully. it was no bother, really. it wasn't like silv had anything better to do ( aside from the previously abandoned transfiguration assignment ) and she very much enjoyed hanging out with aurora, even if she was usually riled up by a certain malfoy heir. "you know i'm always here to lend an attentive ear — figuratively."
