Welcome To My Simblr!

My name is Coco and I'm a 22 year old simmer from NY, USA. I'm currently in college getting my degree in Early Childhood & Childhood Education. My hobbies include listening to music (I'll take any recommendations!), watching football, cardio, reading YA books, and creative writing. I'm working on my first novel right now and I think my love of creating my own stories is what got me into Sims :)

I love traditional legacy/generational gameplay, so that's typically what you'll see on my blog! My legacies are mostly gameplay-focused, but I sometimes do storytelling as well, so keep in mind that my posts may contain mature/upsetting themes. I also use WickedWhims but any NSFW/sim spice posts will be tagged "nsfw."

I finally finished the animation for the changing mat! I'm very proud, even though it looks awkward lol. Animating is tough😭Now I need to figure out how to put them together (I did 3 separate "parts" changestart, changeloop and changeexit which in hindsight will probably make things harder for me later).

CAS Mod - No Make-Up & No Accessories on Randomized Sims

This mod disables make-up and accessories (incl. tattoos and hats) when randomizing a sim in CAS. As a bonus, from my understanding & testing, the same game mechanic is then also applied for any randomly generated townies in-game (not including NPC outfits).

As someone who spends countless hours in CAS and gets quickly frustrated with randomized townie outfits, I felt like this could be useful 😃

You can use this mod simultaneously with my presets mod for randomized sims.

-Slowburn or Love at First Sight?

I'm 100% Love at First Sight! Every time I try and do a slow burn (whether it's in a novel I'm writing or on simblr), I get so bored and impatient. It's the same with the books I choose to read as well, I'm not a big fan of slow burns.

-Fake Dating or Secret Dating?

I guess secret. I'm a fan of the star-crossed Romeo and Juliet trope. Fake dating is kind of boring to me, but that's probably because I read so many fake dating fanfics on Wattpad as a preteen lmaooo

-Enemies to Lovers or Friends to Lovers?

I tend to do Friends to Lovers on my simblr, but I'm a big fan of Enemies to Lovers. I think it's more fun to write, especially hate sex woohoo😈

-There's Only One Bed or Long Distance Correspondence?

There's Only One Bed. I'm such a dirty minded person lol but I need those close intimate scenes! Also I'm not a fan of long distance in general, if my girlfriend had to go far away I don't think I could stay in the relationship, as heartbreaking as that would be. My love language is closeness and physical touch.

-Hurt/Comfort or Amnesia?

I'm not really sure what these mean, so I'm just gonna go with Hurt/Comfort.

-Fantasy AU or Modern AU?

Modern! I've never been into Fantasy. I've always been a realistic fiction type of reader. In 5th grade everyone was arguing over Harry Potter vs. Percy Jackson and I didn't really vibe with either😂I also prefer to write YA realistic fiction. I barely play with supernaturals in any sims game. But also I'm not a huge fan of AUs in general.

-Mutual Pining or Domestic Bliss?

Domestic Bliss! I love the cute wholesome moments as well as the sex woohoo scenes between long-term couples. I've actually enjoyed doing WickedWhims scenes with Noel and Kentaro more now that they're older. Idk, there's just something about growing old together. I've also always dreamed of living that white picket fence suburban mom lifestyle though, so that's probably why. Hopefully one day my gf and I can make it happen🥰

-Smut or Fluff?

Smut😳Honestly I'd probably post even more sim spice (with some more explicit shots lol) if I wasn't a little self conscious about what people would think of me😭But like I said, my own personal love language is physical touch and intimacy so I love writing sexy scenes, both in my novels and on my simblr. Don't get me wrong though, I love fluff too.

-Canon-Compliant or Fix It?

I guess Fix It? I haven't really read fanfiction in a while. But I never really cared about sticking to what's canon when I read or wrote it.

-Reincarnation or Character Death?

On simblr? Reincarnation. But in other writing, Character Death. It adds some more writing material. In real life though, I believe in reincarnation (which kind of conflicts with my Catholic religion but honestly, religion is different for everyone and I can believe what I want lol) and I would love to be reincarnated and find my soulmate again. I also read an amazing book (The Astonishing Color of After) that involved the MC's mother reincarnating into a bird and I cried my eyes out. And don't even get me started on Moana's grandma reincarnating as a stingray😭

-One-Shot or Multi-Chapter?

If I'm reading a regular story, Multi-Chapter. If I'm specifically reading smut (which is my go-to material when I'm "in the mood," I hate p*rn lol), One-Shot.

-Kid Fic or Road Trip Fic?

Kid Fic, 100%. I'm a generational/family player in sims, and even in my non-sims stories I focus on the family aspect.

-Arranged Marriage or Accidental Marriage?

I'm not really a fan of either, but I guess Arranged. I agree with @changingplumbob that there's really only one scenario for Accidental (being drunk and getting married in Vegas like in Friends🤣)

-High-School Romance or Middle Age Romance?

High School. There's a lot of material for writing teen romance IMO.

-Time Travel or Isolated Together?

I guess Isolated? I can't imagine myself enjoying either of these tropes.

-Neighbors or Roommates?

Roommates! Especially if it's a same sex relationship, "and they were roommates"😃

-Sci-Fi AU or Magic AU?

I know I just said I don't really read fantasy, but I do love magic and wish it existed in real life. Sci-Fi would be cool too though.

-Body Swap or Gender Bent?

I guess Gender Bent because I've never liked Body Swap stories.

-Angst or Crack?

No idea what Crack means💀So I pick Angst.

-Apocalyptic or Mundane?

I'm not a fan of Apocalyptic, so Mundane.

Very different reactions to the school day.

Hana and Aaliyah went home, and when it was bedtime my parents moved stuff around in the living room so Apollo, Jenny, Ren and Rina could sleep. And Koharu left with Matthew, but I'm not sure why. I guess grown-ups can have sleepovers too. But anyway, she said Amara and I could sleep in her bed since it's way bigger than mine. So we brushed our teeth and got into bed. By the way, Amara has one of those cool toothbrushes that plays music- my mom said I couldn't have one because it was too loud. Isn't she lame??

When Amara asked to hold my hand, I felt happy but also embarrassed. I mean, what 9 year old needs their hand held to go to sleep? That's so childish! But at the same time, it was really nice for her to offer that. And I don't know why, but I said yes.

Her hand felt really cold, probably because we can't afford to turn the heat up high so it was pretty chilly in the room. But still, I felt less scared holding her hand.

She snores a little and she sometimes brushes her hair out of her face when she sleeps. I was still having trouble sleeping, my heart kept beating fast and I felt my face get kind of hot, which happens when I have nightmares. But this time I was awake. I don't know what that's about.

It was a really good Winterfest at the end of the day. Best Winterfest ever actually.

A/N: I had a lot of fun doing this little crossover, I hope you guys enjoyed it too!💗It also gave me a surprising opportunity to develop Zume's character which makes me even more excited for Gen 2 (though I want to go back to being gameplay focused; storytelling is very draining for me😥).
