My first attempt on making a bedroom with CC furniture in The Sims 4, I was going for the more modern look. I don’t know whether I love or hate it, I never can make up my mind.

I spent over 1½ just on the bookshelf …

But I hope you guys will like it.

I used alachie-and-brick-sims Sylvan Bedroom for the base off my own room.

Retexture of jsboutique's custom hair mesh edit

All credits for the mesh goes to jsboutique, awesome job on that one! This is a new stand alone item and will not overwrite any EA hair OR the original jsboutuque hair.

It’s the same shades and swatches as my other retextures so your sim will keep their hair color when you switch between the different hair styles. You can find all my hair retextures HERE. I’m using jennisims textures.

When you download you can either choose a fatpack (all 45 colors included) OR a zip file. The zip file includes 3 different files where you can choose if you want to add the extra natrual/unnatrual colors.

SUNSET EYES

I like the original eyes that came with The Sims 4, but they looked too cartoony and didn’t suit most of my sims. So, using the original eyes as a base, I have added depth and texture to the eyes. They look much more realistic, but still retain the original Sims 4 look. I hope you guys like them! <3

These are default replacements! You can only have one set of default replacements at a time. They come in all 18 colours.

NO SIMS 4 REVIEWS UNTIL AFTER THE RELEASE

When asked if there was usually a good reason for publishers to hold back games from reviewers until after the release, “Not usually” was Dan Stapleton’s reply. No wonder he’s nervous.

Given the games development history and the reports from those who played the game at Gamescom, I can only assume that all of the bugs and issues we’ve seen have not been fixed. Time will tell. In the meantime, waiting to buy The Sims 4 until after the launch — when you know what you’ll be getting — seems prudent.
