I saw Wonder Woman last night and now I have a MIGHTY NEED to make a Themiscyra-like save game in TS3... Uranesia kinda looks like it but isn't out yet. Are there any other tropical/fantasy island worlds out there (with no roads) I should look at? And a way to do population control so there’s only ever female sims?

hey about st claire caw files, you can get them yourself from the world file using a method with s3pe program. I did this a long time ago from a forum post I found, sorry I dont know where it is now but if you search how to extract caw files from a world file you should find how to do it. <3

Does anyone have the CAW files for St. Claire?

I want to attempt updating the world for the last few expansions (mostly for my own gameplay, but if it turns out well or if anyone wants to help I can share it) because it’s my favorite! But I can’t find the CAW files anywhere. I did message @awesims but I don’t think she is checking tumblr much anymore. Does anyone perhaps know an email address for her?

Do you happen to know of a safe and successful mod for removing the awful Full Moon glow on ts3?

Only one Im aware of is the HQ mod.

You can also remove it with twallan’s Overwatch, which is how I do it in my game. There’s an option for “Full Moon Lighting”.

My game takes so long to load that I can very easily earn over 1,000 lifetime happiness points with the interactive loading screen. >.> I should probably pare down my game a bit so this doesn't happen, eh? I do expect some slowness because my game folder is on an external HD. Heh.

Allow TS3 to Use More RAM

Someone asked me to write a quick tutorial on how to maximize the amount of RAM that TS3 can use for optimum performance and to resolve memory related crashes.

I’m going to try setting this to 6000000 and see what happens. I have 12gb of RAM and that should allot the game 6gb of it. I wonder if I could set it as high as 8000000... I don’t use my Windows partition for anything but TS3. Thoughts?
