My Angkor Wat remake is developing slowly. At the top a layout test on the middle island, I have quite a few things to recolor and perhaps even remake ... if I can wrap my head around mapping objects. 

The 3 pictures below is a test of a corner house with 2 shops and 2 flats.

NEW PROJECT!

"Silvergate Heights"

I've decided to take a crack at creating my own Sims 3 world!

I don't know how long it will take, but I'm aiming for it to be the main town of my series "Silent Rebellion". However that'll depend if I can build the world before I finish the series :D

So... here are the details!

Scope:

Lush and green, with a city scape. A mix of Suburban, Slums, Luxury and Nightlife. A taste for everyone.

Design:

Town Centre:

Family friendly, with bars and essential rabitholes (Spa, Grocery, bookstore).

Park for Children / Families

Outdoor Gym?

Laundromat

Festival grounds

Fire station

Suburban:

Close to Town Centre and leading towards gated Community.

Includes:

Larger family homes, with yard space.

Square Block design – Town House vibes

Gated Community:

More expensive homes (mansions)

Coastal Luxury: Beaches can serve as a highlight for the more luxurious areas, offering private beach houses or exclusive beachfront clubs.
