Bootlegger Paradise: A Story Lot by SimDoughnut

Lot Size: 50x50 Venue: Nightclub

Well it’s finally done, and I’m rather pleased with how it turned out. It’s been ages since I’ve done a story lot build. The last one I did was the Drag Strip back when I was first learning how to recolor items. You can read all about the full story behind this build here, as well as the story that is being told in these pictures. Expect even more photos of the interiors to come later.

Although this build is listed as a Nightclub you can make it into whatever you’d like. The build contains a Bike Shop, Produce Shop, Taxi Stand, News Stand, Orphanage for Wayward Boys, Diner, Barber Shop, Speakeasy, Olive Oil Warehouse, Two Apartment Buildings, and of course an incredibly vast underground network of sewers and tunnels which the Bootleggers in the title use to distill and distribute their illegal hootch.

I’ve created a Master List of custom content created by other sims4 artists that I used in this build which you can find here. You can also expect to find my Bootleggers Paradise Stuff Pack, with all the items I recolored specifically for this build, posted shortly after you read this.

As with all of my builds you can find Bootlegger Paradise in my SimDoughnut gallery. Just turn on “include custom content” and search for the hastags #bootleg, #speakeasy #mobster #simdoughnut. I hope you enjoy the build as much as I did creating it.

Bootlegger Paradise Stuff Pack by SimDoughnut

This Stuff Pack includes all the custom content I created for the Bootlegger Paradise build. Everything from vehicles, water towers, billboards, booze, signage, pictures and furniture can be found in this set.

I’ve also included a lot of items from some of my older sets that I used again in this build so that you don’t have to hunt them down (those items are not pictured). The download link you will find below contains one file with six smaller files within to help people interested in using this lot to better sort out where each item goes.

I make my female Sims wear maxi skirts all the time and I wanted something other than crop tops, so I thought these were perfect. I altered these to have a matte texture because I wasn’t liking the underwire and the shine.

There are two versions, one’s length is basically shorter than the other. They also come in 10 solid colors. Underwire and shine texture removed, more of a matte appearance.

What about new alien clothes ? Well we did it !

So this is our Earth Intruders set, which contains a White female spacesuit, male and female Stafighter outfits, and “I Believed” and “Sixam bitch” Crew Tshirt. We tried to make ‘em Maxis Match, for the biggest pleasure of everyone. Custom thumbnails, everything available for Human and Alien.

!Be carefull, we used some Get to work meshes!

-_- Tumblr won’t let me format this like I want despite resizing images to do it.

I made these stickers for my Space Oddity store and tinkerbelch and nervoussimblr asked for them with the thought that they would be cool in a kids room. I might have to make a matching bedroom set to go with them now ;).

The wall stickers are cloned from the t-rex. The solar system there was done in as much scale as I could muster given the tools. You shouldn’t have to resize anything to get the right look going there. The rocket I did resize for the wall.

The floor bits are cloned from the pool turtle. There are three files, nothing is merged. I really need to see if I can change prototype ID’s again where things show up together.
