I've been futzing around in CAS by just rando generating a sim and then leaving all their facial features in tact and then just touching up the face with the details i may generally use.

Then I kinda like to randomize accessories and hairs and such.

Doing this, I ended up with a frost mage dracthyr transman! I really like how he turned out!
