I'll be using him to interact with mainly space and underwater related rp blogs (project hail mary and iron lung as examples since they're my current interests along with soma cough cough)

Uhh I'm still semi new to roleplaying on tumblr so please be patient with me!! Also dont be afraid to send him asks and starters!! The only reason I potentially wouldn't answer them within like 12-24 hours is because I'm either burnt out or the ask broke one of the rules

He's stuck in a dive suit, and if the context requires him to be wearing a deep dive suit instead of a normal one, he'll be wearing one of those instead!

Simon had been wandering around aimlessly for.. a while. He didn't know how long. He eventually stopped in the middle of a forest. Maybe he could take a break here?

He sat down against a tree. And then heard a noise above him.

..?

She looks down at him with a tilt of her head before she carefully moves to a lower branch and then drops down onto his head. His head is comfortable and thankfully less greasy than Gideon's which is one of her least favorite places to lay. She carefully moves before laying down and starting to purr softly as her tail rests on his shoulder.

He suddenly flinched as she landed on his helmet, and for a second, he didn't know what to do or say. Then she started purring.

..oh. a cat..?

He couldn't see what was on his head, but he figured it was a cat judging by the purring.

She looks down at him with a tilt of her head before she continues to purr softly on his head. He seems upset and she doesn't like that at all. She wants everyone to be ok and she was just playing hide and seek so there isn't really anything she is missing.

"Hewo."

She says as she looks at him. She would be more loud about it but she doesn't want to startle him more than she has already.

He carefully reaches up and picks her up, putting her in front of him so he can see her better.

He is shocked once again.

A cat baby??

Her ear twitches as she looks at him with a smile. Her eyes are focused on him as her body hangs in the air. Her legs and feet are fully feline however her upper body and arms and hands are human thanks to her father. She chirps softly at him before her tail wraps around his wrist.

"Hiii. Im awieda! Yuw downt wook hapie, I fix."

"Hi. I'm arietta! You don't look happy, I fix."

She says with a smile as she looks at him with her big kitten eyes.

Ariedda? You.. fix?

He feels like he'd tear up if he could. This was the cutest thing he'd seen in years.

He carefully sets her down in front of him.

Well, it worked!

He laughed. But it sounded like there was an edge of pain behind it.

By the way, where are your parents? You.. kind of look like arias..

She curls up in his lap after he sets her down and she continues to purr as she lays there. She smiles happily at his words as she stays there while her tail swishes back and forth slowly.

"Awias! Awi dada!"

She says excitedly with a smile as she looks at him. Arias is her father and she loves him a lot. She pauses as she listens to the rest of his statement.

"Doctw. Doctow bad, thewy at doctow."

"Doctor. Doctor bad, they at doctor."

She says seriously as she looks at him. She doesn't like going to the doctor at all even though technically she is supposed to be there. She slipped away from them and left to climb and found a few cats to play with.

I wonder how simon felt killing all those robots. They had human minds in them, but they were either suffering or unaware if what was happening to them most of the time. In soma, most of times where you can kill robots are optional except for like 2 exceptions.

You can either kill carls mockingbird or leave him screaming, you can either kill amy herself or leave her to have the WAU keep her alive forever. You can kill Robin's mockingbird or leave her alone and confused forever. You can kill simon #2 so he doesn't wake up in that nightmare again. You can even kill the last human alive as she requests.

I wonder if he considers himself a murderer. Or maybe he tells himself it's fine because hes putting them out of their misery, like I do. (When I play soma I kill them all, sadly)

If simon #3 was left behind with simon #4 getting on the ark, I wonder how long it would take him to either go insane, die from either his cyborg corpse form deteriorating, or by his own will.

Of course, the stowaway cat was sleeping peacefully behind him on a pipe, completely uncaring of the crisis at hand.

He finally got the blood to stop leaking, sat back down in the chair and got the sub moving again.
