Simpishly's Sims 4 Holidays
I'd never really done much customizing with household calendars, perhaps because it was so cluttered with EA events. But ever since downloading @zerbu's brilliant Schedule Festivals Yourself mod, my families' calendars have been looking really empty.
Y'all. I get it now. I'm obsessed. I wrote out an entire year's worth of holidays for my Sims.
Hello! As my gameplay style changes/evolves, I keep this post up-to-date with how my calendar looks in game:
For a while I was using a mod that scheduled Prom as a holiday. As such, I adjusted the calendar to leave all Saturdays in Spring and Fall empty. Even though I don't use that mod anymore, I've kept my calendar that way and so reflected those changes here.
I've been playing with the Flea Market moved to the 1st Saturday of Winter; I call it "Holiday Market" and it's so cheery! I also moved the Decorate tradition here so I remember to spruce up my Sims' homes for the holidays and actually have time to enjoy it.
I moved the Write Letter to Father Winter custom tradition to Winterfest Eve because it was sometimes not triggering--too many days between it and Father Winter's visit, I think.

Situated in the heart of Britechester, the Little Corsican Bistro has been around for generations. It's the perfect study spot for university Sims young and old. Grab a cup of coffee in the cafe or hangout and play games with your friends at the bar upstairs.
Based on the Little Corsican Bistro rabbithole from Sims 3! (The best rabbithole.) I've left it as a bar lot because Discover University gameplay requires a bar, but it also functions as a cafe.

Notes
When the walls are down, the seating nook off the kitchen will look weird. This is because the furniture has been placed relative to the Laundry Day floor height window nook. Everything is still fully functional and looks great when the walls are up (if I do say so myself).
Be careful when adjusting outdoor foliage near the house. I used TwistedMexi's T.O.O.L. mod to cover gaps between the terrain and foundation. The T.O.O.L. mod is not required to use this lot.

Rock Ridge Castle
If peace and quiet appeals to you, the Rock Ridge Castle is ideal. Nestled up against Glimmerbrook's towering boulders, this grand location is sure to give any Spellcaster the silence they need to practice and study to hone their magical prowess.
This manor is a little quirky, just like I imagine a remodeled castle-turned-home might be. There are a bunch of separate upstairs sections. The back upper tower is empty for whatever little nook your household might need. There's a repurposed "dungeon" gym and game room under the inner courtyard. There's a hedge "maze" with a firepit and fountain pool. In all its eccentricities, this was such a fun lot to play in. I hope you enjoy it, too.

Base Layer Turtleneck 3D Conversion
I made the neck and cuffs of the female base-layer turtleneck long-sleeve T-shirt 3D.
This removes the jagged edges on the neck texture and gives it a cleaner look. This is an add-on, not a default replacement.
