My first TS4 cc recolor EVER! And I made it "functionnal"!

You can now travel with the Simway Subway in The Sims 4! Thanks to @SimMattically for letting me use the "ownable car" tuning and thanks to Daer0n & 20-44 for the TS3 conversion !

City Hall (NO CC) 🖤

I'm so happy to share this build with you all! I got inspired by a city hall in The Sims 3. Wish we had it in game without it being a rabbit hole, so here it is! It has a reception desk and some offices on the ground floor with a staffroom, upstairs you can find a small wedding venue if you want to have a town hall wedding. There's a courtroom too! You can also find the Mayor's office and a research room. Hope you all will enjoy it as much as I did while creating it! x

The Bell Wreath by CasaDutti is a little over 9k poly, It was originally 50k! I decimated as much as I could without it looking completely borked, I don' t have any issues with it but be mindful of your game.
