Okay, so first things first, I haven’t done a Transformation Tuesday in my life, so this is my very first one.
The picture on the left is of me back in 2012, and the picture on the right is, of course, a picture of me now. So much in my life has changed in three years.It’s amazing where my life has taken me, but I’m glad for all the friends I’ve made along the way, and to keep myself motivated in order to change my life around.
I can’t believe I ever looked like that first picture, and I’m so glad for how I look now.
I may not be where I want to just yet, but I’m closer than I was yesterday.

Hey Sax, is doing abs 3-4 times a week too much?
It’s too much.
I recommend you to train them twice a week maximum.
Why? Simply because you need them to recover after a training (averagely 48 hours)
But abs are smaller muscles, they recover faster !? They recover faster during you rest period while you’re working out. But they still need 48 hours to fully recover after your workout.
There is 7 days in a week, I can train them 3 times a week then !? You’re right!
However, abs are used as stabilizers in most compound exercises: squats, deadlift… Therefore, if you train them 3 times weekly, it will be difficult to get a good posture during other workouts.
