I mean, maybe, sure. They could totally have hung out for a bit together. They both seemed to be on the same suite level, same side of the stadium. Maybe they said hi and took some pics. We don’t and won’t ever know.

Megan’s also going to be at asw, and presumably Sue will too. They’re in the same business of women’s sports. They’ll have to cross paths. Hopefully they can see each other and be cool.

Im sorry but Krieger and Jen jointly joining a club- just seems crazy to me. Only dating a year and a 1/2 .

They’re joining an ownership group. Sue Bird did the same thing. They invested some $$, maybe together or maybe jointly, and are now a part of this group. Should they ever split, they’d profit separately. I don’t think it’s that deep.

Also, the theory about Meg being on the outs with US soccer is probably farthest from the truth. However, US Soccer & FIFA likes the ones that kiss their ass unfortunately. Jill, Alex, Kelly, Tobin, etc.

I’m sure they heard the comments made on Megs pod with Ali about Ali being left off the roster for 2 years. Ali kinda implied that she kinda knows why, but wouldn’t elaborate. That would be an interesting read in a book one day. One rumor is Jill wanted Ashlyn…🤮🤷🏻‍♀️🤣🤣

Okay, that might be the grossest thing I’ve heard today. Jill + Ashlyn. Ick. Omg, have never heard that one.

Clearly everyone was there with a different brand, but it probably wouldn’t hurt Megan to be a little more neutral. Especially with the wwc next summer- she’s going to want to capitalize on all that.

Saw this comment on X too. I see a white shirt. Hard to know for sure. They definitely didn’t take their pics in the same part of the stadium.

So, Megan’s solo pod dropped. Interestingly, her pod seems to have taken over the ATM IG account and all the old pods are now found under Megan’s. Slightly confusing…maybe a Vox media thing?

Hmm, anon. You made me go check this information, and it you are correct! ATM does not seem to exist anymore, and Megan’s pod has replaced it, both on IG and on apple podcast. All the old ATM episodes are there, just with Megan’s new header. Not at all sure what’s going on here. It’s a little bit 👀 bc she’s starting her pod by automatically assuming all the ATM followers and not having to build it from the ground up. They scrubbed the IG page of anything to do with Sue. Interesting strategy. Not sure how I feel about this. Hoping Sue knew about this and agreed to it. Maybe ATM had an existing contract that Megan just took over. But it’s very final feeling- like their biggest shared project is kinda gone. 🙁

Also, Megan there with a sponsor’s booth, and Alex there with US Soccer. Do you think uswnt just don’t like Megan anymore? Because she was never shown on the broadcast during the whole World Cup, even if she was at a game, and Alex, and Kelley, consistently were. I think that’s weird.

Yeah, I definitely noticed that Megan wasn’t ever featured by the broadcast despite being at the game. Maybe they didn’t know she was there? Not sure what her relationship in retirement is with US soccer. I think she was kind of a thorn in their side for awhile. Not in a bad way, but very vocal and opinionated. Still, they threw her an amazing retirement match- them and Nike went all out, so it can’t be that bad. Maybe the camera couldn’t find her.

Jen & Ali look happy together! I am happy for Ali after these past three years. Divorce is hard but it’s much harder when you are the one that doesn’t want it. I am happy she is making moves to go on with her life.

Ali looks fantastic and so happy with Jen. They are the cutest and Jen just seems so genuine and unfussy. I honestly can’t believe Ali made it thru that period in her life. So many life changes happening, and then her wife goes and leaves her for someone else? It’s mind blowing to me, and just makes her happiness now that much sweeter.

Oh I think you’re right! Looks like same spot in the stadium. Poor Diana- she’s a fanatic abt Messi. She must be devastated.

Also, her and Penny are so cute. Who would have thought that of the two of them- Sue and D, that Diana would be the one to be domestic and married with kids. I know Sue has a whole unhinged side, but Diana seems too wild to settle down. Guess they proved everyone wrong!

Sue was there Meg had to be there as well either with Krieger or that Jessica gal. Is Jessica divorced?

Yeah, I think Jessica and her wife did get divorced. A bit ago. They haven’t posted together in a long time, and she doesn’t seem to wear a ring anymore. But Jessica definitely seems to still work for both women. Or at least like posts about them like she used to. She was Pinoe’s manager exclusively and I think started working with Sue at some point too. She’s been there with them from the beginning.

Doesn’t seem like Sue was there with any of the soccer gals. She’s got a huge network in NY- she’s got someone to go with for sure.

In alot of cases of breakups, it’s long over before the news gets out.

Hate to make another Krashlyn reference, but Ash checked out of her marriage way before he moved out. Ali was just hoping they could work things out & Ash was done.

Same thing could have happened with Sue & Meg. It could have beed over longer than we all think. We don’t know.

Also, these women are in their 40’s. They are not gonna be single forever. I’m sure they both have a line waiting. 🤣🤣

For sure, agree with all this. I mean, they admitted to being in therapy for years- clearly they had issues they needed mediation with. Hard to say or know who lost feelings first or when they knew it was done. It’s just really too bad they got such little time together after they both retired. But I guess maybe too much time with the other led them to this.

The whole atm thing was obvious agreed upon before they're split and its only this series for the world cup, then shes doing her own podcast.
