Mission: draw a horse today. (and show me if you want!)

This is the horse I'm working on today. I wont finish it today and that is just fine. I'm enjoying the process and trying to expand my skills. I've been responding somewhat well to medicine and recently my hands were functional enough to actually draw a decent sketch on paper!! I don't think I've drawn like this on paper since before my health problems started last year.

I doubt I will go back to posting here daily but in the future I might post simplified horses here every once in a while. This blog was an amazing way for me to make and share art while I barely had enough mobility in my hands to shittily trace a picture of a horse on my phone. Hey guys, sorry to break character but I could use some help.

As some of you have seen, I have had extended periods of time where I went missing, followed by short bursts of being here then going missing again. In horseposting cannon I like to call it “the glue factory” but irl I have been very sick over the past year including losing two organs due to endometriosis. One of the other major issues has been non-epileptic seizures. After officially receiving a Functional Neurological Disorder diagnosis and discussing treatment options I have decided to pursue getting a service dog. I have been approved for a dog, but the cost is still pretty high. Because of this, I am running a fundraiser to hopefully cover whatever costs I can. I will attach the links here, there are two shirt options or if you’d rather not buy a shirt there is a link to go fund me as well.

This guy hasn't escaped equine circles containment as much as his sire, but his name is still pretty bad! It just feels straight up gross. APHA also doesn't have very strict rules when it comes to naming their horses, so the breeders directly chose to name him that. I highly doubt they didn't know what they were implying with his name, especially with how egregious his sire's name is.

Definitely within the top 10 of worst horse names I've ever seen, alongside his sire. Honestly, I'm not sure which of their names is worse. His name is literally just a continuation of the creepiness his sire's name already has! I'd say it's the worst combination name I've ever seen, but honestly I don't think you could make a nice combination name out of this guy's parents names. With one being so gross and the other being so short.

Final Verdict: -1000/10, why why why!!

Alternate Name Suggestions: Like I said, a nice combination name is hard considering his parent's names. But trying to think of the overall not gross themes of his lineage, I've got "Criminally Good Lookin," "Classically Criminal," or "Styled Like A Scandal." Gahh, idk!! It feels weird almost to have anything related to crimes for his name considering his father's name. Otherwise, it wouldn't really weird me out.
