Racing, running, bouncing, shaking

My blood is boiling, swirling, twisting around

I don’t hear sounds

I hear my voice repeating, mumbling, blabbing

My skin feels tingly, no that’s not right

My skin feels tight, not quite yet

My skin feels fuzzy, there that’s it

My mind is moving, buzzing, still

I swear I have something to do

But nothing at all

I want a puzzle or something to focus on

My cat’s bell won’t stop ringing and it’s all I can hear

I swear something’s missing but where

My ADD meds make me this way

But without them my mind just won’t stay

Food sounds like toxin today

Is this right

Or wrong
