I’m working on a big Japanese suburb lot... it’s getting quite tedious lol.
I think I still have around 3-4 “lots” to add in before it’s finished!
So far you can see residential houses, an antiques shop and a little grocery store. I’m still to add a little park in the back too.

Rebuild of the apartment at 19 Culpepper House!
I’ve had this image of an enclosed balcony in my head for a while, and finally got around to do it! Not pictured there is also a bedroom for a roommate, which has basic furnishing since this was originally the apartment of my legacy sim.

Oldish Tenement House

I build a small tenement house for your “neighbour” needs, lol.
It consists of three apartments, each one has a floor to itself. They’re very small and quite cramped, I included the basic kitchen and bathrooms but it comes unfurnished otherwise. I’ll upload a furnished version later, but thought it would be nice to make a basic version available c:

Currently working on this apartment/retail cross building. The lowered ground floor will be a cafe/bakery, upstairs are very small two-level apartments. They’ll mostly twin each other with different colour schemes, but I’m trying to make them have the rented vibe where they have some of the renters character to them!
