Rules: Tag 9 people you want to get to know better. (I’m really sorry, but I won’t be tagging anyone this time because I’ve had a hell of a day and need to go to sleep right now. But if you want to do this and you haven’t been tagged yet, consider yourself tagged by me haha)

Relationship status: Single, I’m picky when it comes to boys :/ Cats/dogs: I cannot begin to explain to you my uncontrollable love for dogs. Coke/Pepsi: Neither, haven’t had soda in a few years now. Day/Night: Day, I love being productive in the mornings Text/Call: TEXT. Unexpected calls makes me panic a little bit. Chapstick/Lipstick: Chapstick. Favorite color: Black. Pets: None at the moment :( I’m taking donations in form of puppies if you happen to have one. I might be picky when it comes to boys but I’ll take any kind of puppy. Wake up time: 9 at the latest - otherwise I feel like I’m wasting my day.

I’ve been getting into building urban lots lately - this is the latest one, complete with one of those parking lift thingys they have in NY. Is it useless? You bet :) Looks hella cool tho

Months and months ago I created a neighborhood based on Seattle - named Chariot. The size and scope of the neighborhood was wayyy too big for me to ever get close to finishing it, but I had a lot of fun building on super hilly areas, as you can see.

200 Followers Gift!

I reached 200 followers a few days ago so I decided to celebrate my rise to fame by sharing some of my stuff with you guys. So I come bearing 4 houses (two Craftsman houses and two Dutch Colonials), three of which I’ve posted pictures of before - and 2 sims as well. I threw in the sims just for fun and because I like their faces. In my game, Casey is an opinionated Knowledge sim, while Sean is your typical ruthless Fortune sim. The previews are kinda simple and boring because I don’t have the patience to make them super pretty right now.

One of the houses (The Liberty) doesn’t have any landscaping at all, and the rest mostly only have some landscaping in the front yard, because I find building wayy more fun than putting down flowers and bushes. The houses come without any furniture, for the most part. All the houses have 3 bedrooms and at least 1.5 bathrooms.

So I realised that I didn’t want to use all 16 Pooklet naturals anymore, and then I promptly decided that I was gonna add 2 non-Pooklet colors too. So now I’ve started retexturing ALL the hairs I like in the new colors, that way they all have the same v3 pooklet textures. This project might kill me but at least I’ll have my hairs the way I want them :)))

Played around with the constrainfloor cheat again, this is the result - a rowhouse-ish home. It’s kinda simple, but considering the limitations of building on a tiny (1x3) lot, I like how it turned out.

Also how do you guys feel about CC in downloaded lots? I wouldn’t mind sharing some houses, but it would be a bit of a hassle to rid them of CC first, soo.. feel free to let me know whatcha think about that.

EDIT: Someone was kind enough to remind me that the CleanInstaller is a thing that exists. I’m a moron BYE

I haven’t felt up to actually playing the game lately, so I’ve just been dabbling with the neighborhood and building a little. This is a little craftsman bungalow I built today. By far my favorite architectural style.

I made a whole gaggle of sims for Astoria Falls today. Some are gonna be townies, and some are gonna be part of the “founding families” so to speak. I wanted them all to be a bit familiar with each other, so I arranged a little meet & greet. Needless to say, fights and romances are already in motion.

I decided I wasn’t happy with the lighthouse I built for Astoria Falls, so I tore it down and built another one. This one turned out wayyy better.

Sidenote: I have an ongoing obsession with weathered shingles.

I pookleted these hairs for my own use a few days ago (because I can never get enough of casual-looking realistic hairs), and just now before I was gonna upload them here, I found out that at least one of them has already been pookleted in all 16 colors. But ya know what, I made all these and I wanna share ‘em so I’m gonna share ‘em. Even though the vast majority of Simblr’s I’ve seen are maxis match. :D

The top 2 are Nightcrawler hairs, the bottom ones are Stealthic hairs. (Pictured in fission).

Also, because schokosims requested it, I’m sharing the SC4 file for Astoria Falls. I’ve included two versions of the terrain; one that has big gaps in the roads in several spots, meant for putting in curved roads, and one with ‘finished’ roads, so that you won’t have to deal with putting in roads yourself in case you don’t want to.
