A cute and colourful apartment in the heart of the Spice District, 19 Culpepper House has everything a modern and fun-loving sim might need, including much sought after outdoor balcony space.

Notes: everything is play-tested except for the static apartment items (fuse box, mouse holes, etc.). I have a mod that makes them movable, delete-able, and buy-able – I don’t know if that carries over to your games automatically (like unlockables tend to), but if not you can download that mod here. I have moved the mouse holes and water pipes in this apartment.

Also, I have used my OMSP shelf a great deal, so take care when in build mode if you are grabbing and moving clutter items on or near shelves/surfaces.

[Pose Helper] EA RigPlus v1

After a month of working on this pose helper and sharing its progress, I'm really excited to finally share it to you all 🙌

As the name suggests, this custom rig aims to improve upon the default rig, taking ideas from setups used for games & animations to make it simpler and easier to use! Its purpose is to provide you with new features while keeping the original rig functional.

This rig is an active project, so your feedback is very much welcomed and appreciated 😁 they will help in improving this rig further. You can send them via an ask, a reply to this post, or via this Google Form. Questions/suggestions over DMs will not be answered as they are harder to track.

Available for all ages (infant - toddler - child - adult sims). No occults & pets included yet.

Custom bone shapes & colors to make distinguishing, selecting, and controlling bones easier, as opposed to the default shape that overlaps with one another and are hard to select.

Added various custom drivers and bone constraints which is used for moving several bones at once, locking certain bone movements to prevent unnatural posing, and much more.

New custom controllers to help automate certain processes (hand grip, slouching posture, eye target, to name a few).

FK on IK setup which allows you to quickly set a pose with the IK bones and fine tune poses with the FK bones.

Asset Browser to provide many things for your posing needs. You'll find furniture, sim models, and premade poses stored in the asset browser. See documentation for how to install.

Blender Add-on with useful features such as bone layers, posing tools, as well as custom properties that change the behaviour of the rig (height slider being one of them).

Future plans

Extend rig QoL improvements to occults and pets.

Expand Asset Browser's catalog (particularly for poses with props/accessories).

Adjust existing pose assets for other ages.

VESKI TÄNAV | RESIDENTIAL + RETAIL

This build is something special to me, because it is built for—and with—someone special: my friend and collaborator, the inimitable @myverycoolnickname​. 💗

This Soviet-era apartment building features commercial space on the ground floor and three stories of apartments. Businesses on the premises include a bottle redemption center, laundromat, barbershop, and antique store. There are 18 small apartments (6 of which are furnished), a boiler room, and monkey bars outside in an overgrown courtyard. 

The structure itself is drab and dilapidated, a crumbling concrete monolith hulking silently in the snow—but inside is the cozy, welcoming warmth of home. Individual apartments have been altered and transformed over the years, as residents have sought to make do and make their space their own. Hello hello !

The Unfold set is ready to be...unfold! This month focus on small spaces where you can play with those foldable items (at least pretend it is!) like convertible bed and foldable tables! This way you will be able to save a little bit of space in your lots!

You can find the items by searching for UNFOLD or Pierisim in game.

"Our Little Ones" Collection

Hi beloved simmers!

I'm finally here. I'm sorry the set is delayed again. When I look at your supportive comments, although these delays are not a problem for you, I still feel bad. 

The set contains a total of 50 items for infants, toddlers, kids and pets. Although there are mostly items for kids, there are also a nice amount of items for the rest. I also tried to do elements on the set that I hadn't seen on the sim before. It's like a Pillow Fort, a Tea Party Set, a Pet House that can be embedded in the wall. I would have loved to have made the tea party functional. But it's functional as a dollhouse. So it might look like your little sims are having a tea party with their toys.

My inspiration on the set was the Pottery Barn's Catalina set. Of course, since everything I wanted was not available in this set, I designed many things myself.

papasecure window grills

Just some window grills for your sims' windows because I am Filipino and I find it criminal that they didn't include any in the For Rent expansion pack (which despite my qualms, I'm very excited for) Anyway, the name of the item is Papasecure, which suggests that using this item would possibly add to the security of the home (in Filipino) and is also a play on the words "papa" and "secure" because I just wanted to use the catchphrase, "daddy will protect you", which in this case "daddy" are the window bars (this is so rambly and stupid I'm sorry) If you're curious, "Papa-" is kinda like a prefix that gives words a future tense. So, instead of just "secure," "papasecure" means "going to be secure" or "will eventually be secure." It's like saying that something is on its way to being secure but isn't quite there yet. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's basically how I interpret it :)

General tips on how to use this overlay

Use the gray/white hair color as the base, then use this hair overlay to get the color you want.

If you want a more saturated color, use a non-white hair color as the base, then use this hair overlay.

I highly recommend using the makeup sliders to properly adjust the colors, brightness, opacity, and hue!
