learn how to laugh at yourself!!! i promise u,, u will embarrass yourself multiple times and do stupid stuff..its okay. life gets so much easier when you learn how to laugh at yourselfÂ
you will take Ls upon Ls,,,,what’s important though is how you bounce back from them. that failing grade may hurt but there’s nothing better than a comeback. take the L and move on
it’s not that deep…….it really isnt!!! high school isn’t that deep don’t get too bothered!! those annoying friends or heartbreaking relationships u have are so irrelevant they mean nothing in the grand scheme of things!!!not 2 be fake deep but i lit laugh when people get so wrapped up in high school drama calm down,,relax. hs is important but its really only 4 minuscule years of an entire life

don’t be extra. there’s a difference between working hard and getting good grades and being that annoying extra bethany who takes 50 AP classes and asks the teacher to collect homework that nobody did all because she wants that .1 grade increase,,,don’t be a bethany u will only end up playing yourself
don’t spend your entire high school career living for college!!!! what i mean by this is dont feel like u have to take this certain AP class or a certain number of AP classes or do a certain number of extracurriculars just to get into ur dream school! if you don’t like the sciences and u take AP chem, physics and bio all at the same time just to look “good” for a college u will end up playing yourself bcus ur grades wont be the best and u will be v unhappy!!! zont do it
adding onto the above,,, colleges don’t want a manufactured version of u!!! don’t do things just to appeal to colleges because truth is u never really know what a college wants. instead of doing something for a particular college, take classes and ecs that focus on your interests and passion and you will shine,,,ur passion will certainly be reflected in your apps and one thing colleges do love is passionate people i promise u
3-4 EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES IN WHICH YOU ARE DEEPLY PASSIONATE ABT AND ACQUIRE IMPORTANT LEADERSHIP POSITIONS ARE BETTER THAN 15 EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES IN WHICH YOU DO NOTHING BUT ATTEND MEETINGS AS A GENERAL MEMBER,,,,i promise u i only put 4 activities on my app and got into my dream school. colleges want to see dedication and growth in your extracurriculars. it’s about depth not breath.Â
uhh uhh try hard. really, try your best. you will thank yourself later
don’t be lazy ohmmmm you can be the smartest hoe out there but if you’re lazy you’re not gonna accomplish anthing and you wont be living up to your potential
become friends with your teachers…heck become bffs with them teachers can actually be really cool and i’d be lying if i said a relationship with your teacher can’t boost your grade. they really help u out
high school is the easiest thing to scam and finesse. i will not tell u the amount of tests and situations i have finessed my way out of in high school. enjoy this because college is the ultimate scam and finesser. it’s hard to finesse a finesser and i’m already learning that and i haven’t even stepped foot on campus yet rip me
don’t be in a rush to graduate!! enjoy the era you are in right now because though its annoying and dead high school is a really great place to grow and figure out your interests and values!!! take it for what it is…the future will always be there waiting for u just be patient
