The Cult of Hades is an infamous group, known for their pranks, ridiculous love triangles (and squares and hexagons...) and general shadiness. They don’t look for other members, they are content with each other, but it seems as if tension is brewing between them, and no one is sure how it’ll turn out. greedy Malcolm thinks he should have control, Tai is considering leaving and Maisie is struggling to handle everyone at once.

INTRODUCING THE NEW AND IMPROVED MAISIE ROTH

Not so little anymore, Maisie recently aged up to a teenager. She’s a little smarter, but also a little more rebellious. She’s taken an interest in food, although she hasn’t yet told her parents, and has made a group of new friends (see next post).

THREE BECOMING FOUR

After the decision to quit her job as a painter because of the fact that it was ruining her artistic integrity, Eva and Lincoln’s celebratory sex resulted in another baby. Sure, they didn’t plan it, but they’re stable, and with Maisie having recently become a teenager (see next post), they can handle it.

A NEW FAMILY IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD !

The Duvall-Finch has recently moved into the same suburb as the Roth family. Noticing that they have a kid the same age as Maisie, Eva decided to take her over to meet them. Thankfully, despite being hesitant to talk to strangers, Maisie and Tai hit it off! Eva was a little unsure of Melody, one of his mothers, but seeing how much her daughter liked her son, she was willing to ignore it.

Tapioca and Melody Duvall-Finch met when Melody was working as a waitress in a restaurant not known for it’s tastefulness but frequented by the rich and morally grey. She had been looking for a husband, but fell in love and got a wife instead. Tapioca grew up in a wealthy household and thankfully can keep up with Melody’s appetite for the finer things in life, although she’s unaware of her sticky fingers. Her materialistic and impulsive nature may begin to ruin things later on, but for now they are hidden behind puppy dog eyes and sex to get what she wants. 

They were not even married a year before the subject of children came up, and Tapioca’s determination to have a family eventually broke Melody’s strong stance on never ‘ruining’ her body. She agreed to one child only. She also choose to wait until her thirties to have this child, a boy named Tai. While she likes himi most of the time, she leaves the parenting for the most part to Tapioca. Tai is a well-mannered kid, incredibly smart and loves making friends. Despite his strained relationship with one of his mothers, he couldn’t be more appreciative of his family.

SCORCHED !

Big first day in the Roth household. It started out quietly, everyone enjoying the day off for the most part, until Lincoln decided that he would be the one to make dinner. Unless he planned on serving himself up for dinner, he probably didn’t plan on setting himself and the oven on fire. However, Eva came to the rescue of their house and her husband and extinguished the fire. Maisie, thankfully, waited outside.  Although all remained a little shaken up (and Eva quite impressed with herself), they ended the day comfortably eating dinner together.

Evander (Eva) Arnett-Roth Eva (pronounced Ever) is a chain-saw artist, wife to Lincoln and mother of Maisie. Eva grew up as the middle child between 2 older and 2 younger brothers, raised by her father after her mother's death, her life was a roller coaster of happy-go-lucky people and a follow your dreams attitude. She met Lincoln when he was a journalist covering a music festival that her brothers band was playing at, 2 weeks later she found out she was pregnant with their Daughter, 6 months after that Eva and Lincoln were married and living happily together in their studio flat with baby girl on the way.

Meet the Roths; ~After a wild night out resulted in a daughter, Eva and Lincoln have had a long, rough and wild five years putting their lives together. They are finally happy and in a stable position to move forward with their lives together. Eva continues to pursue her art while Lincoln manages a successful writing career. The two of them also deal with raising their fierce and funny daughter Maisie who at times proves more of a challenge than she seems.
