I'm quite new to Sims 4, I started playing June 24th 2019 and I haven't looked back since! I am a lover of CC; new, current, old, and retired. There are lot of new builds going around now that are HEAVILY furnished by a few specific retired users to stage their own CC and a lot of them don't like to give the name of the piece(s) or creator, (sometimes they will claim it as their own/private commission but yet they will also use it as a mesh or recolor) but I can help you with that, I have 130 gigs and counting of Build/Buy, decor, furniture, clothes, hair, and lighting, body mods/sliders can be found anywhere. If you're in need, I will do my best to find it (I probably already have it) and I will send you the link to where I got it. Not to sound harsh, I will NOT help you get any paid CC; I paid for mine, you can pay for yours. I will NOT share or give my 100+ gigs mod folder but I will point you in the right direction to find what you need.

We are still needing help with our Dad. He was hospitalized with a terrible level 3 VRE infection and they got it controlled enough so he could have back surgery (I still have to suit up to visit him). While the surgery was a success, the doctors do not think it will get him to walk again due to the advancement of the multiple myloma cancer. He does physical therapy multiple times a day and works on his upper body strength. We got a very nice wood ramp installed but more needs to be done while waiting for his Medicaid to be approved and to get the house wheelchair accessible. Any donation would be greatly appreciated.

As the months went by following Jacob's passing, the money he and Sarah had saved began to run out. With three children and another on the way (an unexpected and entirely unwelcome surprise), Sarah had no choice but to either find a way to live, or a way to 'take care of the problem', as her sister Perl put it bluntly.

"Don't be a fool," Perl chided her sister, when Sarah confessed the pregnancy to her. As children they had never spoken of such things, not even after Sarah had been married, for it was not really something you spoke to a younger sister about. But Perl was no child now, and in her work with the VAD she had seen things that ensured she would never experience the naivete of youth again. Sarah was not the first widow of war to find herself in such a situation, and she would not be the last.

Still, Sarah couldn't bring herself to let go of this last piece of Jacob, however irrational it was.

It's with a very, very heavy heart to let my friends and family know that my Dad passed away. I started another GoFundMe to try to get enough for a down payment for a Memorial. My dad didn't have life insurance and we are very limited on funds and my doctor hasn't cleared me to go back to work and my sister is on a small military pension.

He had back surgery the other day and he's very optimistic about walking again, but the doctors don't think it will get him walking again because the cancer causes so much damage to the spine and chemo is being held off so that he can heal before they start up again.
