So, my take on Steven is that of a friendly cosmic horror. I wrote before how his Mewgenics iteration is much more at peace and content with his own existence than his original Time Fcuk iteration. He also seems to have a sense of purpose, that is keeping time in check. He doesn’t take things too seriously, he’s a jokester. But he doesn’t take get serious when the timeline is disturbed. He exists outside of linear time, in an infinite sub-reality. We don’t know what he really is. He may be time itself, he may be some sort of cosmic entity, he may be a guy who turned into a walking paradox. We know one thing: he’s Steven. And he knows when you reload a save
