I find the concept of growing in love so much prettier than love at first sight?? like one day you look at someone and you suddenly realize you see them in a different light than you did the night before. thatâs falling.

âYou are the universe, expressing itself as a human for a little whileâ

From âInnovatorâ Compilation (1998)
There's no way the night bus scene in prisoner of Azkaban wasn't inspired by an acid trip
Hey you know Sid from Ice age?
yhea that guy
You probably think he is kinda pathetic, goofy, stupid and just a little bit of comic relief.
YOU BETTA GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT
Sid is no ordinary sloth.
Sid is a fucking GROUND sloth.
this is what Sid actually looks like.Â
Lets get some perspective on that
See that shit right next to our buddy Sid?
Thatâs an elephant.
Sid could have smacked the shit out of a fucking elephant
so this scene
Would not have ended very well for our buddy Diego
for real
Giant Sloths could and probably did fuck up entire packs of Sabre Tooth tigers, and then take a shit on their memory, without even waking their big asses up
Donât fuck with Giant sloths
Giant sloths stood seven meters tall and weighed in at about 7 tons
7
Fucking
TONS
Mammoths only weighed 6
Thatâs right Manny
You better look scared
cause forget Diego, Sid could have kicked your ass too
Lets look at a size comparison
DO YOU FUCKING SEE THAT
Sid is the equivalent of a mammoth with fucking arms and claws
Sid is without a doubt the biggest badass in that show, and probably in all of history.
So next time it is family movie night
and your weak shit asses are watching Ice Age
remember
Sid could fuck up everyone else in that show.
Reblog if you think it's okay to platonically hold hands with your friends
What your leftist ideology says about you.
Marxism-Leninism: You've probably defended the USSR in an internet argument. Everyone but you is sectarian and revisionist.
Left Communism: You offer no real solutions to anything except that everyone else is an idiot and should check their dialectics.
Democratic Socialist: You're still new to the whole "Marxism" thing but you're afraid to make a full commitment.
Anarcho-Syndicalism: You have a huge boner for the Wobblies and Republican Spain. Other leftists think you're kind of annoying.
Syndicalism: Same as anarcho-syndicalism but add in Daniel DeLeon into "things you get a boner for"
Luxemburgism: What Democratic Socialists become after they hit puberty.
Trotskyism: You like Lenin but you can't fucking stand how authoritarian Marxist-Leninists are. You're part of one of the dozen groups claiming to be the fourth internationale. All the other leftists make fun of you behind your back.
Maoism: The same as Marxism-Leninism but you're even more of a tankie somehow.
Social-Democrat: You truly believe you're a socialist but you're not. You get a raging hard on whenever someone says "Nordic Model". You probably vote democrat.
Post-Leftist: You're a pretentious white petty-bourgeois asshole. Get the fuck out of my office.
Abolish prisons. Abolish capitalism. Reinvent the reason you get up in the morning. Reinvent ourselves. Destroy masculinity. Destroy fascism. Destroy the state. And Educate. Make art and care for people. These are all in your best interests. Help yourself to help others.
My heart
Clara was written with many parallels to Rose: Master-post
Rose Tyler and Clara Oswald are the only companions to stay with the Doctor, in the TARDIS, through their regenerations.
Both have trouble dealing with the regeneration and ask him to change back. Both look after the Doctor during his regeneration sickness.
The Doctor has taken his bike out of the TARDIS and taken both out for a ride. [Rose in âThe Idiotâs lanternâ, Clara in âThe Bells of Saint John.â]. In both cases, the Doctor wears sunglasses.
Both have initially been hesitant about travelling with the Doctor and he has to come back and ask again.
Rose swallowed the Time Vortex, Clara jumped into the Doctorâs timeline- both have put their lives at stake and messed with Time Lord technology for the Doctor.
Both have shared kisses with the Doctor, but not as themselves. (Cassandra!Rose, Victorian!Clara)
Both have been sent home(or away) by the Doctor so they can be safe. [Rose in Parting of the ways, Doomsday, Clara at Trenzalore.]
The Doctor and Rose/Clara are the only Doctor-companion pair to face the fifty first century clock work repair droids.
And the cyber men.
Both have had an undercover mission in high school. Rose was lunch lady, the Doctor a teacher[âHigh school reunionâ], Clara was the teacher and the Doctor a care taker.
Both have had confrontations and disagreements with the Doctor and almost stop travelling with him. [Rose in âFatherâs dayâ, Clara in âKill the moonâ.]
They know The Doctor too well. The Doctorâs âOh she knowsâ in âThe Satanâs pitâ is echoed by Claraâs âEverything you have to say, I already knowâ in âFace the Ravenâ.
They have both saved the Doctor while he was trapped. [Rose in âFear herâ, Clara in âFlatlineâ]
The Doctor has casually revealed personal details about his past to them. [âI was a dad onceâ in âFear herâ, âTheyâd never bury my wife hereâ in âName of the Doctor.â] Said revelation has been met by shock from both companions. [Roseâs âWhat did you just say?â, Claraâs âYour what?â]
Both have lost a parent as a kid.
Both have non-Caucasian boyfriends that the Doctor dislikes [Mickey the idiot, P.E. Teacher].
Both meet their boyfriendsâ doppelgangers [Rickey Smith in parallel Earth, Orson Pink at the end of the universe.]
Both are the only companions to have trademark phrases: Roseâs âBad Wolfâ, Claraâs âRun you clever boy, and remember (me)â[River Song has âHello sweetie/Spoilersâ, but she isnât a resident of the TARDIS, so I didnât count her.]
Both have been optimistic about Daleks. Rose touched a Dalek, made it want to feel sunshine and thought it could turn from hate. Clara thought a good Dalek is not impossible.
Both are directly or indirectly responsible for the creation of the only human turned immortals in the show. [Captain Jack Harkness and Ashildr.]
Both have extensive and numerous phone conversations with the Doctor.
Both have lost people they love to a car accident and have tried (in vain) to use time travel to save them.
Both have been seen in Victorian dresses.
