during rep apparently everyone was assigned a specified date and time so the whole east coast wasn’t logged on at the same time. why do u think they didn’t do that this time?

She probably tried to get them to agree to the rep tour system, but I bet they didn’t want to do it because it doesn’t make ticket prices rise as fast if there are less people on the site at a time. That’s probably adding to her being pissed about the situation. She said they told her multiple times that they could handle the traffic all at once, but they obviously couldn’t.

I know that the normal dynamic pricing wasn’t on, but based on the amounts I’ve seen different people say they paid, there were definitely a variety of price points throughout presale for virtually the same tickets. So something had to be up.

At the end of the day, they wouldn’t make the ticket buying process like this if it wasn’t the most profitable way to do it. This is what tickets for Olivia was like, and it’s what it’s been like for SEVERAL artists I’ve bought tickets to in the past several years. This is why TM has to be taken down. Things shouldn’t be this terrible for every tour every time.
