May 12/13/14, 2026 - Rural and indigenous communities in Bolivia join the general strike against neoliberal President Rodrigo Paz. All major highways are blocked by protesters.

An indigenous long march is heading to the capital La Paz, and as it passes through each town and village more people join. Protesters say their protest is "in repudiation of the government that wants to turn us into a US colony". [video]
