A criminal case has been opened in Moscow against 27-year-old blogger Diana Shurygina, who is accused of distributing pornography online. She faces up to six years in prison. According to Komsomolskaya Pravda, the charges stem from videos of "intimate content" that Shurygina sold to subscribers on the OnlyFans platform. According to the newspaper, Moscow's Troitsky Court placed her under house arrest. A search of the blogger's apartment was conducted, and security forces seized gadgets, equipment, and cameras.

According to Dmitry Matyushenkov, Deputy Director of the Center for Legislation Development and a PhD in law, the investigation will now examine electronic devices, correspondence, and financial transactions, as well as identify individuals who may have been involved in the content's creation. "If camera operators, photographers, managers, or other individuals were involved, the investigation may attempt to prove the existence of an organized group," he warns.
