hi, i found ur blog and in need of advice so bad;(
i’m in a relationship, i’m deeply insecure about myself and constantly finding ways to get mad at him for everything. i want so badly to be the girl who is kind and loving, who has a great healthy body and is beautiful both inside and out. it’s like this toxic part of me is holding onto me so hard, it won’t let go, and i feel stuck, i feel so desperate for a solution. Idk if self help even does anything anymore. everything online feels like bs and i need advice from a real person 😔
ty for listening💕
Hi angel! I hope you're doing well & sorry for the late response.
First of all, it's already a step that you know what makes you feel angry at him and that it's doing more harm than good, let's first apologize to him and tell him that we're working on it (if you haven't already).
Second, let's work on our inner health first, you should start doing affirmations daily trust me you won't believe them at first but they WORK, you'll feel more confident and secure day by day!
Third, get out a piece of paper, write down everything you feel needs "fixing" and start digging into the core of your habits and find solutions, and make your goals clear. Also ditch the negative self talk I BEG! Instead of "I need to workout to be thin" your goal should be working out to see what your body's capable of and being healthier in general! The list goes on ofc, this is just an example.
Fourth, take it easy. It's good to want to get better, what's not good is rushing. You'll burn out and feel even more angry if you don't see immediate progress/results. Good things take time!
Lastly, journal. Trust me it works wonders, every time you feel mad or anxious just write down what you're feeling and why you think you feel it instead of taking it out on your boyfriend. Of course you can talk to him if you think something is wrong but do so when you're calmer so you can see not only your pov but his, too. Journaling will regulate your emotions and after you're done you'll feel much better and at peace.
You're doing great already, hope this helps and don't ever hesitate to send me anything else! Would love to hear more from you <3
reminders for kindness in 2026
• making fun of other people’s trauma, insecurities, or struggles like imagine how heavy that hits when they go home and think about it.
• pretending someone’s feelings don’t matter just because they’re different from yours.
• joking about someone’s mental health anxiety, depression, past abu$e, eating struggles.
• sharing private things about someone without their consent.
• mocking people for how they look, speak, or express themselves body, voice, style, culture.
• invalidating someone’s pain or telling them “you’re overreacting.”
• comparing someone’s suffering to yours to make it “less serious” or funny.
• using someone’s mistakes or past trauma as gossip or memes.
• gaslighting n making someone doubt their feelings, experiences, or reality.
• excluding or humiliating someone for being vulnerable.
• weaponizing sarcasm or “jokes” to hurt someone under the guise of humor.

you can always just decide that you are so back.
do more of what brings you closer to your dream "you".
chic autumn vibes.
lower your screentime, engage in content that inspires you and makes you happy, go outside, pick out an interesting book, make to-do lists, do your homework, get your grades up, make face masks and tea, work out, focus on your studies, do yoga, cut off toxic friends, stop talking bad about others, stop saying detrimental things about yourself, expand your vocabulary, listen to music, take a walk, talk to strangers, compliment someone, go to school events, take a nap, delete apps you don't use, renovate your room, go on pinterest, bake or cook something, read essays and articles, get educated on obscure topics, start a passion project, watch brainrot if it makes you happy, study ahead of time, make smoothies, keep a journal, keep a planner, plan your life, stretch, and become the best version of yourself.

How to: Be ready for the new school year.
Episode 3: The Hygiene.
Hi angels! New day new episode of our "How to" series! Now, getting ready for the new school year isn't just all books and calendars, let's take care of ourselves as well! Here are some of my favourite tips & reminders.
Oral hygiene: I've come across a tiktok earlier and in the comment section I discovered that many people's parents didn't care much about oral hygiene. Let's tackle this one down thoroughly, because oral hygiene isn't just about brushing. First: Choose a good toothbrush & toothpaste, and they don't have to be expensive, just effective. Second: Flossing. People underestimate how good flossing is. It gets rid of food that gets stuck between your teeth AND no, a toothpick won't do. Third: Oil pulling. Choose any edible oil like coconut or sesame and swish it for as long as you can then spit it out. It gets rid of plaque and reduces oral bacteria! Fourth: Tongue scraping. This is so important because it removes bacteria and dead cells from your the tongue's surface and thus helps improve bad breath and taste.
Showers: We all know everything showers, we know the steps and so on, I won't be talking about that. I'm talking about the tiny places we *might* miss: the navel for example. This should be cleaned and taken care of, as well as your armpits and behind your ears. Just because it's hidden doesn't mean we can simply ignore it! So make sure to get all those tiny places and hidden parts and clean them just as well!
Hair hygiene: Shampoo, condition and rinse. But also brush regularly to detangle and break build-up, use hair masks, get trims every 3-6 months and maintain a healthy diet!
Nail hygiene: Some people prefer longer nails and that's fine but ! they hold more germs than you'd like ): So it's better to maintain shorter nails, clean them with q tips, file and shape them however you'd like. Also keep your hands moisturized for a better look. If you have a habit of biting nails or cuticles please seek ways to prevent yourself from doing so as it may cause infections plus it doesn't look good.
Scent Hygiene: So we did take a good shower, moisturize! An unscented body lotion acts as a base to help your perfume last longer. You can layer fragrances by using a body wash, body splash and perfume of the same scent, this way, the scent lasts longer on your body. Note: Please do NOT over do it, don't use many fragrances of various notes that will overpower each other and not smell as good as you think.
That's it for today my loves! Come back tomorrow for more ;)
Angel.
september kinda vibes.
How to: Be ready for the new school year.
Episode 2: The System.
Super late to posting this but took a much needed break and now I'm back with the second episode of our "How to" series! Let's begin right away.
High maintenance routine: to be low maintenance! Pick any day of the week, let's use Sunday as an example, to do everything that might distract you during the week. Each Sunday, vacuum your room, mop the floor, clean your desk and take an everything shower, do your eyebrows, shave.. just do everything in that one day to set the mood for the rest of the week and to not stress about them. Kinda like a Sunday reset!
Weekly planning: This is so important! Have your schedule right in front of you and start planning your week accordingly, whether you have an assignment to hand in or a doctor's appointment to attend, just have it written down so you don't forget because you WILL forget. You can use notion, google calendar or a physical planner if you have one.
Have a routine: Extremely important as well. You want to have a structure, and of course some days might not allow us to follow that routine strictly but then after those days you'll still have something to guide you back on track!
Meal prep: You might wonder what does meal prep have to do with this but hear me out. Meal prepping saves you 1. A lot of time 2. Money. It's also healthy. You can meal prep on you reset day that we mentioned before and have the food packed and refrigerated!
That's it for today! I know it's short, but these are my best tips ever and I didn't want to write just whatever. Good luck with school my loves!
Angel.
Motivation is doing a 2-hour workout, walking 15,000 steps and study for 5h then do absolutely nothing the following week because you went too hard and burned out. Discipline is doing your standard 45-minute workout and 9,000 steps today, doing your standard 45-minute workout and 9,000 steps tomorrow, and doing your standard 45-minute workout and 9,000 steps next week because that's simply what you do and with discipline, you gradually add more to your routine maybe 15 more minutes to your workout, maybe 2,000 more steps, maybe one extra healthy meal an extra hour to study not because you feel motivated but because you've built the foundation to handle more. This is why discipline beats motivation
