Hey, so they’re making a Netflix Harry Potter.

With that in mind, we’re all gonna remember that JKR is a terf who has literally been cited by legislators engaged in legislation that actively harms trans people, and we’re not gonna give her any more money.

That means not streaming the new show on Netflix, because regardless of how much influence she has on the production, she gets paid for it.

The same goes for Freddy Mercury and David Bowie. Both were openly bi. Both wrote (multiple) songs about their queerness. Both are pigeonholed as either “gay” or “straight”. They were both neither of those things.

Like, yeah she does a lot and shows a lot of support for the LGBT+ community but she isn’t just an ally, she’s part of that community.

i need some of you to realize that call out culture, by design, rewards people who make the most outrageous & aggressive accusations, without regards to truth or context. it encourages people to misconstrue, to erase context, to outright lie. it feeds the instinct to attack, with or without cause. 

and that naturally enables certain types of people (terfs, exclusionists, bigots) who already have a vitriolic bandwagon behind them, to target & harass minority bloggers whose inclusive platforms they do not like to see becoming popular.

this has happened time and again, it has driven good people off this site, it is traumatic and unhealthy to everyone involved. purity culture creates an atmosphere of fear & paranoia, i am begging you to reexamine this attitude of mob violence in online spaces

Desktop version of tumblr is still king... mobile version sucks ass and yeets all the effort i put into organizing my blog with tags, pages, and the navigation menu in my themes _(:3」∠)_ I literally put “Check out my Tags Guide in the navigation menu!” In several of my sideblogs but IN MOBILE THERE IS NO NAVIGATION MENU SO ITS USELESS AND PROBABLY CONFUSED PPL

i was literally so behind but i realize now why linking a carrd to introduce yourself instead of just putting an “about” page on your blog has become such a trend — there is literally no way for a person to find where the other pages in your blog are in mobile version askfdjfkg

Oh gosh I played OMORI and it's really good. I think you'll really like it. The story and art is amazing. It starts off pretty slow but gets dark really early into the game. (I want to progress further into the game but I'm stuck on a boss fight ;w;)

OMGGG IT’S REALLY GOOD YES i’ve been watching a playthrough of it by ManlyBadassHero and its so well-made
