His eyes focused on the other, nodding as the patient spoke. “If the bleeding managed to stop I guess we don’t have to worry much,” Minhyuk said confidently. The whole situation could be more worrisome if the would continued to bleed despite time having passed. “Hopefully we’ll disinfect and bandage properly to avoid any sort of future infections but it’s looking up.” His voice was both calm and assuring, hopefully managing to reassure the other about a positive outcome. Minhyuk led to the only empty bed in the ER, it seemed like quirks had more than just one downside. It was almost dumb how many people harmed themselves with their own quirks. “Let’s get that checked, should we?” He smiled as he showed where the other could sit for him to look at the injury, it seemed like the other doctors around were already busy with the rest of patients on the emergency room.

He’s hoping they won’t have too much to worry since he did get the bleeding under control. He already knew that it is important to get the bleeding under control in the situation he was in earlier. If he didn’t then he would be in a dangerous situation because if he loses too much blood who knew what would happen. “I actually did have thoughts of disinfecting and bandaging the bite when I got home, but since I didn’t know if the cat was carrying anything I figured it was best to come here and get it properly looked at.” Even if he has a medical degree that didn’t mean he can self diagnose himself. It was best to have someone else look at it to avoid any mistakes. Being led to the ER it was interesting to see how many people were inside. He knew there was going to be a lot of patients, but not by this much. He follows the other to the empty bed and takes a seat where the other instructed him to sit. “Sure. They mostly bit me on the back of my hand and you can see the bite is near my thumb and index finger,” he says as he unwraps the makeshift bandage and shows the bite.

“Absolutely. And who knows, you might be a natural with the 3D pen.” He’d seen the videos of people using them and it always looked so simple. He liked to think he could make something as cool as they did, but he knew in reality it was probably far more difficult than it seemed. He didn’t think that was reason enough for anyone to be discouraged. All things take practice if you need want to perfect it. “Could you maybe install some wall shelves? That way they’re still in sight but out of reach so there’s no chance of them disturbing you.”

He’s not sure if he would be a natural since he has no experience in using such a pen. If anything he expects to make a lot of mistakes and to be struggling the moment he tries out the pen. Who knows how long it’ll take him before he gets used to using the pen. It could take weeks or months depending on how much free time he gets and opportunities he gets to use the pen. “That’s something I would have to take a look at. I’m not sure if I have enough space to install any shelves at my shop since I already have other things hanging on the walls. But, I don’t think I’ll install any shelves anytime soon since I haven’t made the final decision to get the pen yet and if I’ll share my creations to others.”

His eyes focused on the makeshift bandage the other had made. “Well, luckily for you most cats in the island, even the stray ones, get inoculated. So, no rabies for you.” Micah said with a small smile, hopefully he’d have the relief that at most he’d only have to worry about the bleeding. “If you wait a bit I’ll find you a nurse, can you sit there and wait a bit?” He asked the other as he put his hands on his pockets, looking around for a nurse that might be free to check him in. His eyes shifted all around the ER until he finally noticed one of the nurses finishing with one of the patients he had taken care of earlier. He quickly asked if she could help him with checking the man in, the quicker the better. He could even help patch it up and leave. “Hey,” Micah stepped closer to the stranger. “I found someone to check you in and we can check on that and clean it up.”

Hearing that he didn’t have to worry of the possibility of getting rabies from the cat bite was good to know. For Taesoo his main concern was if there was a possibility of an infection even though he felt fine for now. The bite did feel painful at first, but it doesn’t feel as painful as it did before. Though, he knows it’s best for an expert to look at the bite than him making assumptions. He may had gotten a medical degree, but the knowledge and skills he had tied with doing tattoos on a person. “Ah, that’s good to know. I was worried of the possibility of getting some sort of infection.” Seeing that they would get him a nurse he gives a nod in response and waits for them to come back. Hopefully there was a nurse that could help. When he sees the male coming back and telling him there was someone that was a relief for him. “Thanks,” he answers. “I’ll let you lead the way. I did manage to get the bleeding under control earlier, but I still want to get it checked out just in case.”

He could feel the eyes fixated on him, he knew that being so private about his personal life got the rest of people curious about the girlfriend he always talked about. He partly knew that whoever was snooping was trying to read his text messages with his girlfriend. Micah turned his head to face the other. “Is there anything I can help you with? I’m off duty, right now. I could show you the way to a nurse if you want.”

Not many know this but sometimes Taesoo goes out of his way to feed the stray animals that can be found around Hosu every now and then. Today was one of those days and it ended up with him getting bitten by a stray cat when trying to break up a fight between the cat and another cat when he was feeding the both of them. So, here he is at the hospital with some cloth he tore from the hem of his shirt around his hand as he did bleed from the bite. He spots a medical staff member when he arrives, but he’s not too sure how to approach them seeing they were on their phone. He’s not too sure how to speak up as he didn’t want to disturb them if they were doing something important. But, seeing they noticed his presence he gives up on trying to find someone else that could help him. “Um, if you could that would be helpful. I got bitten by a stray cat and wanted to get it looked at.”

“okay, then….” she paused for only a few seconds trying to find a way to help the other solve his little dilemma. if she was in his shoes she would have already bought the pen, and if she didn’t like it, she would have just thrown it away or re-gift it to someone else. she never had to think this deep when purchasing anything, so it was strange to see someone else having to think so hard about buying a pen. “how about you look for places that give classes on like 3D pens and like, there’s a community one that you can test out and if you don’t hate it…. then you should get it!” she explained to the other with a swift nod. “i think that’s the most logical thing to do, and i’m sure if they are as popular as you’re making them seen you’ll find at least one place in town that is giving classes or lessons on how to deal with the pens.”

Maybe he should go and look to see if there were classes available he could take for the pen. Though, he wonders if there were any since he has never seen one around before. He’ll just need to do some searching and hopefully there was one. Or he could try reaching out to people that have used the pen before. He wonders if they would take the time to show him how to use the pen and hopefully it won’t be too much trouble. “I guess I could try searching and see if there are any classes being offered. Though I’m not sure with it’s popularity since I don’t see or hear other people talking about it or using the pen. It might not be as popular, but I just hope my searching won’t end up going to waste. Hopefully there’s someone out there that can teach me or there is an actual class that I can go to.”

It’s better than regretting not doing something later down the line, don’t you think?” he questions, with a small tilt of his head. “As for where you can put your new creations I think they’d look pretty cool scattered around your work station. Then you can brag about being a master of many mediums. But be warned, if you do get it I might ask to try it out once or twice.”

Listening to Inseong he did have a point. No one wants to regret something that they could have done when they had the opportunity or chance to. It’s best he gives the 3D pen a try before it was too late and he isn’t able to for whatever the circumstances may be. Though, he still had his worries too as he never used it before and he wasn’t sure where things would go in the end. Maybe he should look and see if there was anyone he could learn from. Getting lessons on how to use the pen would help him before deciding if he wanted to really own a 3D pen himself. “You think I should? It would be nice to get the experience of getting to use one and see where my talent goes. Though, I’m not too sure about bringing them over to my shop for safety reasons. I don’t want any accidents to be caused because of them and getting in the way of the equipment we use.”

azula nodded in understanding at his concerns knowing that a big investment of money wasn’t something to take lightly, well not for her, but others like taesoo. “well, if you know the pros and cons to owning one, what has more? the pros or the cons?” she asked tilting her head to the side, curiosity in her voice. “because if the pro list is longer than the con list then you should buy it, but if the con list is longer… then maybe you should look for another hobby,” she stated, nodding confidently at her advice. “AND if you buy it and don’t really like it, let me tell you down by the flea market? people will buy everything and anything without even thinking about it, so you can always sell it forward and get your money back if its in a brand new condition and maybe even pocket a little extra!”

Well it is true he should look at the pros and cons and see which one has more than the other. Though, it is still up to him in the end if he wants to get the pen despite of what the outcome was. “Well there are more cons for me since I’ve never used a 3D pen before...” he says. “But, it’s still something I do want to give a try at the same time.” If he doesn’t buy the pen then there will be that curiosity of his of wanting to see how it works and if he does buy the pen then he was going have to figure out everything on his own on how to use it. He can’t expect it would be easy if he gets the pen and he can imagine the frustration that may come ahead since he has never used the pen before. This requires him to do more careful and thorough thinking before coming to his decision. “This is something I still need to think over carefully so who knows what decision I’ll go with. From videos I’ve seen some designs people have made looked interesting even though it doesn’t look easy to make.”

Even if he thinks of the pros and cons of getting a 3D pen it was up to him in the end of deciding of what option to go with. Taesoo wasn’t thinking of using whatever creations he made with the pen for business purposes. He doesn’t think he’ll ever be as talented to sell his creations. He saw this as more of trying something new and seeing where it goes. Who knows anyways where this would go if he does get the pen. This could be a new hobby of his and something to do just for fun when he has the free time. “More of a hobby type thing,” he answers Suzy’s question. “I have no interest of making a business out of it and I don’t think I can handle running two businesses at he same time. Plus, I don’t even want to think of the expenses too having to manage the both of them. I can already see how expensive it’s going to be. I just want to try something new and see where it goes.”

azula listened attentively to the other, never really paid much mind to trinkets like that. “yeah, i can see why that would be a major concern,” she agreed although knowing little to nothing about plastic and its consumption related to 3d pens. but, she did know about storage units considering she has one where she keeps all her expensive purses and shoes in order to keep them safe, and well, not having enough room in her own closet back home. “ah, see there i can help you!” she answered enthusiastically, “there’s this place around uptown and the storage units are super clean and even have shelves, i would recommend you check that place out if you’re serious about doing the whole 3d printing or whatever.”

Would there be a day where Taesoo gets a 3D pen and make creations out of it? Who knows. He’s still deciding if it was going to be worth it in the end. He did want to see what he could make, but who knows if he’ll be able to master how to use a 3D pen. He wasn’t expecting Azula to have a solution for his storage concerns if he does get serious with the 3D pen, but perhaps it was good to know she knew a place. It would save him time having to search for a storage place and prevent whatever trouble he may run into trying to find a place to store his creations. “I'll make sure to keep that in mind but I’m not sure if I will get serious. I’m still debating if it’ll be worth buying a 3D pen since there’s the pros and cons to having one. I do want to give it a try, but at the same time I don’t want to waste money if I find myself not liking it.”

“I actually had thoughts of getting a 3D pen since it looks interesting to use. But, I'm worried of how much plastic I’m going end up using trying to figure out how to use it and if I’ll actually have the time use it,” he says. He knows plastic can become costly if he was using too much of it and since he is unfamiliar with using a 3D pen he’s not sure how much plastic he’s going to end up using before he becomes familiar with using the pen. He needs the plastic though if he ever wanted to get better at using the pen so that meant there being a chance he’ll end up using a lot of plastic in the end. He knows that using this pen is nothing like the tattoo pen he uses on customers as well and to not compare the pens to one another. He would have to figure things out as he goes and hopefully things won’t go downhill. But, he’s still hesitant on buying the pen as he’s not sure how often he would use it too due to work. He may not be able to use the pen as often because of it. He didn’t want it to go to waste if he never finds the time to sit down and give it a try. “I also would have to find places to store whatever I make too since it’s different from just drawing on a sketchbook and tablet. I don’t know how many things I would end up making until I get the hang of things.”

I’ll be posting a starter later this afternoon but I want to give everyone a head’s up that my dashboard has been acting up where I’m not seeing everyone’s posts on the dashboard. There are some posts I can see, but some I can’t. I am looking to find a solution for this, but just be aware for threads I may not see your replies if my dashboard decides to act up. I’m hoping I don’t need to create a new blog to solve this problem, but I’ll keep you all updated if I do need to create a new blog.

with the sound of live music playing in the background, sean made his way through the sea of people who seemed to be absorbed in the acts on stage. headed toward where the food stands had been, (and quite frankly where less people were). still, the male made sure to keep an eye out for familiar faces, ones he actually wouldn’t have minded spending his time with for this portion of the governments plans. unfortunately that meant there were limited options, and it was while scanning for his friends that he hadn’t been paying enough attention to the people in front of him. accidently bumping into a stranger in the process. ❝ sorry about that, ❞ sean forced an apologetic expression to take over his features , unsure who he’d stumbled upon. ❝ . . are you alright ?? ❞ he asked, all before his gaze finally settled onto his upcoming opponent. and, with sean’s type of work, he’d surely already had known and heard about the other. with that, he attempted to appear friendly. or, at least approachable. ❝ wait a minute . . you’re that tattoo artist— taesoo, right ?? i think i’ve seen your work before, ❞ he pretended as if he’d only now made the connection, an artificial smile pulling at his lips. ❝ funny we’re meeting like this now. cause it also look’s like we’re bound to meet again in the arena. i’m sean. ❞

Honestly Taesoo wanted to go home, but he knows he’s not allowed to just yet. Having to attend this party made him feel out of place watching everyone talk and hang around with one another and here he he was all alone. With this sports festival, Taesoo could hardly give a care about it. He has no interest in this as he saw this event being a place to show off your quirk and have people recognize the usefulness of it. It exposed whose quirks were useful and those who had useless quirks. But. perhaps even the useless ones had their uses in specific situations where other quirks wouldn’t work out. Either way, Taesoo didn’t like this event being mandatory for everyone to participate. It should be only an option for those interested to participate. Plus, he hates having to use his quirk on someone he did not get consent from or permission. It felt wrong controlling a person’s body without any sort of consent. He looks for a trashcan to toss away his plate and when he did he throws away his food. Though, when he turns around he accidentally bumps into someone. “It’s fine,” he says when he hears the person apologize. It was an accident after all and nothing he should get worked up about. Though, he was thrown by surprise when the male recognized him. Perhaps he shouldn’t be shocked considering what he does. As a tattoo artist he was bound to be recognized out in the streets as people recognized his works. “That’s me. You’re not mistaking me for someone else and it’s nice to meet you Sean. Since we’ll be meeting again in the arena I hope I don’t end up disappointing you too much. I’m one who doesn’t use their quirk too much so it might be an easy win for you.”

knowing nana was in a good mood, brianna couldn’t help but smile over at the bird. ❝ well, it looks like she’s in the perfect spirit to try out what i’ve brought her , ❞ a small nod followed her words. though it was the sound of taesoo’s voice which had garnered her attention once more. eager to answer his questions. ❝ YUP !! you can stick all sorts of things in there. it’s one-hundred percent safe, ❞ she assured. ❝ if you want, i can even give you a demonstration on how to do it later , ❞ cause, though brianna had designed the toy to be user friendly, she did know sometimes her creations could be a little tricky to maneuver and at times hard to understand despite her best efforts. ❝ i don’t think there’s anything that could possibly break it. not anything that you’d might want to put in there, anyway. i did a number of test runs to make sure our lil nana here would be A-OK ❞ her chest puffed out in pride. yet quickly deflated as something else suddenly came to mind. with that, she was reaching into her bag once more. ❝ speaking of paper and cardboard … ❞ bri chewed at the inside of her cheek, digging for something in specific before she pulled out a new toy. one that was unique from the other’s she’d made before. ❝ i actually was doing a little research , ❞ she admitted, ❝ and i was reading how it can be good for birds to have things to chew on or pick at . . SO . . ❞ the girl paused for suspense. all before she was revealing something that looked exactly like a small abstract pinata. ❝ tada !! it’s different , i know . . but i’m telling you. nana can go ham on this baby !! i like to call it the party pinata, ❞ she boasted. ❝ no need to worry though. ❞ she was wagging a finger at him yet again. as if to stop any concerns that may have been coming her way. ❝ it’s all natural , and it’s literally designed for her to destroy. what do you think ?? ❞

He would appreciate if Brianna could show him how he can put treats and other items inside of this toy. He didn’t want to insert whatever he decided to put inside the toy incorrectly and struggle. “If you could I would appreciate it,” he hums. “I don’t want to be struggling in how to insert anything inside of this toy later on.” It was reassuring to know he could put things like carboard and paper inside the toy as well since he didn’t want to put in anything he shouldn’t. He’ll have to see how much cardboard and paper he has that he can use with the toy later. He wanted to do a combination of treats, cardboard, and paper to keep Nana busy and having to guess where each items were by pressing the buttons until she got something she wanted. Though, he grows curious as Brianna brings up the subject of paper and cardboard. He thought there might have been something wrong, but he guesses there wasn’t listening to what she said after. It was true that birds did like to have things to chew and pick at. It gave them something to do and not be bored. He’s wondering where she was going with this and seeing the pinata made him curious what her idea was. “I never thought I’d ever see a miniature pinata be made for birds to tear apart,” he laughs. This is a first for him to see a miniature pinata. Miniature pinatas were something you don’t see everything or have cross your mind. Plus, it’s not something that someone would regularly make considering what pinatas were used for. “I would have never expected this but, she’ll definitely be tearing this apart. Did you want to try this out with the toy or can Nana go ahead and tear this apart?”

the instant the door had opened in front of her, it was a grin which had illuminated brianna’s features. a sense of eagerness which had suddenly been ignited beneath her gaze as she offered the other a wave and a simple hello, in the return of his own greeting. yet it was quite clear she was itching to get to business, ( and to see her favorite bird, if she were to be quite honest ). not caring to waste any more time with formalities as she was quick to enter the home and follow behind taesoo as he told to her how nana had been in the living room. and, just like he’d explained, it wasn’t long before the sound of a familiar chirping filled her ears and her eyes fell upon no other than nana. ❝ well, someone seems lively today , ❞ a chuckle escaped bri’s lips before her attention had averted back to taesoo. ❝ YES !! ❞ she immediately agreed. her previous excitement flooding back to her as she brashly revealed the bag that she had kept hidden behind her back until now. peeking inside to look at the different creations she had brought with her, for her feathery friend to play with. ❝ tsk tsk, ❞ she wagged a finger at the male before her, unable to believe that he may have been doubting her. she was brianna bang, after all. ❝ a good designer always makes sure to satisfy a client …….. SO !! i brought with me a few of my babies i thought nana would like !! with these, i’m sure she’ll stay entertained — no losing interest here, taesoo. ❞ she stated with a confident nod. though, finally pulling out the first toy she’d made for today’s purpose, it was another smile she shot his way. ❝ now this !! this is baby #n23 ❞ she introduced. holding up the colorful sphere by it’s chain — the invention looking similar to that of a soccer ball with a number of buttons placed on each side. ❝ looks fun right ?? ❞ bri handed it over to taesoo for him to get a better look. ❝ i thought she might get a kick out of this one. if she presses on the buttons , different things will come out depending. ❞ she briefly explained, ❝ go on !! look for yourself. ❞

For Taesoo it was easy to tell whenever Nana was in a good mood or not. It was all thanks to the research and learning he has done in the past. Hearing her chirp it meant she was in a good mood and hopefully nothing will bring down the bird’s mood today. “Well, if she’s chirping the way she is now that means she’s in a good mood,” he says chuckling. He watches as Brianna began taking out her creations and he’s curious to see how they worked. He has only seen pictures the female has sent him, but he hopes Nana will end up liking them. Sometimes he feels bad for Brianna when there were inventions his bird ended up not liking or losing interest as time passed. He did want Nana to continue playing with the toys for as long as possible and not let Brianna’s time and effort in making the toys go to waste. Taesoo looks at the toy that the female presented him and he is quite amused with the time she gave it. He takes the toy when the female handed to him and wonders what kind of things he can put in this toy if Nana did end up enjoying this one. He could probably put some treats in here and some other things that the cockatiel could chew on. It would keep her active too seeing that Nana wouldn’t know for sure what was in each button. “I could see her enjoying this since there’s a ‘prize’ for her whenever she presses a button. It actually reminds me of those automatic animal feeders you would get for your pet. Though since you mentioned that different things can come out, I’m assuming it’s safe for me to put in paper and cardboard for example besides treats in this? I don’t want to accidentally put something I shouldn’t and somehow break this.”
