HES BACK
I do think the post that's like "when they torture you to insanity and then torture you for being insane 😂🤣" is one of the most succinct and foundational analyses of interpersonal violence and conflict that had ever been written
I feel like not enough people realize that people under enormous strain act really really fucking Weird
things humans are known to do when stressed:
-hallucinate
-cry over what seems to be small things
-become furiously angry over what seems to be small things
-hit a self destruct button over and over again
-lose all sense of reality
-becoming straight up unable to communicate
-view every situation as life or death
-experience delusions/become vulnerable to irrational worldviews
-perceive hostility where none exists
-become extremely nauseous and/or throw up
-stop engaging in sleeping/eating/basic hygiene
-stop processing sensory input
-process way too much sensory input all at once
-lash out at others/themselves
-and more!
being able to recognize when a human (ie. you or another person) is so stressed out they cannot think clearly is VERY important for conflict resolution and diffusing emotional crisis. highly recommend trying to train yourself at being able to recognize that state of panic- there is a point in which logic and rationality is useless and you have to address the underlying emotional issue first. knowing that saves everyone a lot of pain and struggle.
the more time you spend in active recovery from any given self destructive behavior or addiction the more you understand the common conception of the "relapse" as defined by a broken "streak" to be, like, so bad for one's own well-being that it would be funny if it weren't resulting in just a lot of misery and death
I told my girlfriend to think of quitting vaping as training her endurance by seeing how long she can run before she gets tired, then doing it again and hoping to go further next time. She said it really helped her.
Hey! For those unaware:
THIS IS JUST AUTOCORRECT
You know?! That feature you've had on your phone since forever? This is just that. Not a crazy new scheme to get you to use Generative AI (a.k.a. Gen. 3 AI). This is Gen. 1 AI. This is just normal stuff being labelled differently to appease shareholders. NOTHING HAS CHANGED. Everything happens on your computer and isn't sent to the local noise pollution factory. This is like saying that enemies in video games made in 2008 are using AI.
This is misinformation at best and fearmongering at worst OP.
first day of June and I cried until I got nauseous but its okay because my boyfriend loves me and held me and we're going to get through every hardship together and I'm so glad I'm with him. happy pride and I love u faunbuns
“what are you gonna do, cry about it?” yes . the fuck
Dude last night was a one note post
Me whenever I see the intersex flag in any pride stuff ever
Please mention and include us. Why do you all use the progress flag that doesn't include us?
"The orchid is used as a symbol by many intersex-led groups, particularly those by, or originally by, people with androgen insensitivity or resistance. The word orchid comes from the ancient Greek word ὄρχις (órkhis), for testicle or testis. It describes the shape of twin tubers in some species of the flowering plant.
A form of gonadectomy called an orchidectomy or orchiectomy refers to the surgical removal of testes. This remains a common experience for people with androgen resistance and other intersex variations. Due to a poor or very poor evidence base, such interventions are controversial.
Orchids appear, for example, in the logos of the AIS-DSD Support Group (USA), AIS Support Group Australia, and also in the film Orchids: My Intersex Adventure."

This wasn't a random cutesy decision, and the use of orchids to symbolize intersex people is tied to surviving medical abuse and accepting the self despite it. There are a lot of flowers used as symbolism to represent queerness of all sorts. Do research into your history and see what is already out there. Things like this carry weight and history.
Happy 24-6-01!
