Scuttling through the attic, she then dropped down from the ceiling on a long string of silk so that she was hovering near Maria's head. Knowing that her presence would have already been noted, she said softly. "Yamato's injuries have been stitched together and bandaged."

It had taken her longer than usual. Carefully stitching up the young heir's wounds with her spider silk and then weaving bandages that wouldn't break no matter how much abuse they were put through. All the while ensuring that she was never discovered. For all Yamato knew, it was a maid who tended to their injuries every time they were hurt and passed out.

Maria hummed softly around her sake cup as Qintong spoke, emptying it before pouring herself and the other one for the girl. "Thank you Qingtong. I can always count on you." She sighed softly as she leaned back against her window, staring out over the rest of the red light district.

"Lunch is rea....." Freezing halfway out of the door that led into the ship, his eyes widened at the sight of the guest who now graced their deck. Long seconds passed before he literally chucked the meal he'd made right over the side of the ship. There was no way in hell, frozen over or not, that he would feed the crew octopus when Rose was visiting. "Scratch that, I just thought of a better idea for lunch. Give me thirty minutes."

Rose was smiling when Sanji came out, lifting herself up so she could see the plate. "Oooh! No no Sanji that looks amazing" She said as she finished climbing onto the deck of the ship, her suckers making soft noises as she came over

"I mean go ahead and make more food I'm not arguing your amazing cooking." She hummed as she took one of the cooked tentacles and popped it into her mouth happily

From the way they muttered about the Sunny, he couldn't help the small smile that tugged at his lips. It didn't surprise him that they had also been talking to Alpha about what 'being a person' actual meant. It also helped his case that people who weren't scientists or doctors were arguing this point. Adding him and Chopper into the mix would hopefully help them begin to understand what they were saying.

The sudden shift in the other caused him to blink slightly in surprise before a wealth of knowledge streamed from them. Clear excitement and passion showing on their features in a way he'd never seen before. It was as if the den den's brought Alpha fully to life. A fact that had his smile growing into a soft curve on his features as he shifted, leg crossing over the other as he propped his head on his elbow. Settling in for an impromptu lecture on the creatures.

A lecture that turned out to not only be educational but interesting. Prompting him to ask several questions before the information about their equipment had him blinking. He'd never even considered that before. "You'll have to show me and the crew how to take it on and off properly."

Pausing in thought, he then added. "Actually, if you wouldn't mind helping us create a comfortable habitat for them as well, I'd appreciate that. Along with any other needs they might have. I'd also like to learn any medical knowledge you have for them so that I can treat them if need be."

They were after all also a part of his crew.

Once they were done with their lecture about den-dens Alpha felt their cheeks flush slightly as they realized they had been ranting for a while. As Law asked after taking care of the den-dens they blinked slightly in surprise before nodding “I can do that. The pieces are not difficult to take off, however the den-dens may be suffering some issues from wearing the devices for to long.”

Alpha tilted their head slightly as they considered the ship that Law had. “Your submarine works well, the humidity created in some of the rooms will help their shells.” They tapped their fingers together as they considered the needs of a den-den for someone who had never thought to care for them before.

“I will need to look over your supplies again. Den-dens have a more varied diet then people realize.”
